Noodle Ba is located inside the Casino M8trix by San Jose airport. Noodle Ba is right next to the Zone 8 bar and lounge. It’s small with less than 7 seats at the bar and another 4 tables. They offer Asian noodles soup with fresh noodles, meat, vegetables, and broth. You can also create your own, if you like.
I was sick of the bar food when I come here to watch games, so I like to swing in for a bowl of hearty noodle soup before the game. As dedicated to Vietnamese gamblers, PHO is what they serve best:
— Phở Bo/​Beef — Beef Broth, Rice Noodle, Rare Beef, Onion and Cilantro — I had this and I was surprised how it hits the spot.
— Phở Ga/​Chicken — Chicken Broth, Rice Noodles, Chicken Breast, Onion and Cilantro
— Phở Do Bien/​Seafood — Seafood Broth, Rice Noodle, Jumbo Prawns, Onion and Cilantro
— The above soups are served with Bean Sprouts, Thai Basil, Mint, Jalapeño Slices and Lime
Beside Phở, they also serve other noodles and snacks.

–Hot and Sour Soup — Chicken, tofu, bamboo shoots and wood ear mushrooms, white pepper and vinegar

Great service by the cooks, generous portion, small bowl is less than 8 bucks, forget about the greasy food at the Zone 8 and Epic Bar, I get a bowl of PHO here before the football game anytime!
