Very, very weird customer service at this office! I have been in the waiting list for an apartment with them for almost 3 years. This property is involved in governmental subsidiary program for low-income families. They are supposed to properly maintain the wait-list on their apartments as it it involves some vulnerable population of the community, and the waiting period for housing with them is super long! My experience: these people do not care, and they treat you just the way you feel very little. I called to this office multiple time to clarify my position on the wait list. Each time they gave me inconsistent information — it looks like my position in the wait-list moves back and forth. Certainly, some power abuse takes place here. Last time when I called I was determined to talk with the property manager. A certain Belinda spoke with me introducing herself as the property manager at Ohlone-Chynoweth. She was rather abrupt and arrogant. I ended the talk shortly and called later again. A man picked up the phone. I asked a few questions and it got clear that Belinda was not the property manager there. There was no obviously plausible way to get any decent information from them nor they were able to refer me elsewhere for that. The property is definitely mismanaged.
