If i could leave 0 stars I would.
Let me start w the service. We have been doing «business» with this place for quite sometime. Well i say business just because they’re our broker not because we actually deal with them.
First few times no problem. This last time 2 times horrible experience. Guy in there kept trying to convince us to switch to insurances that were way more than our current one all because they’re too difficult for him to deal with. NOT OUR PROBLEM!
They have made excuse after excuse so we finally got tired and decided to switch brokers. Not worth the hassle
They dont appreciate their long time customers, place looks like a dump, horrible customer service. Will not be back or ever recommend. Until never
