He never returns your phone calls or voice mails. If you’re calling him for the free dirt service from Craigslist, he’s not going to answer your phone calls after the first one.

Mr. Ortiz put an add on Craigslist for free dirt and he would deliver. My husband spoke to him a couple times and I spoke to him as well. In the 3 different days Mr. Ortiz said he would be by, he never showed up and would not answer our calls or texts. Very, very unprofessional especially when he is representing his company. Very unreliable! We had people come by to help us and Mr. Ortiz never showed up!!! His free dirt posting in Craigslist says, «God Bless». Really?! He obviously does not have any regard to people who needs his service. He promised to be here on specific days and times and he never showed up, called or answered our calls or texts. My concern is that he gets addresses to scope people’s houses. Very concerning.
