As far as I can tell, this place is GONE! Last review was in August of last year, but of course, I didn’t notice as we attempted in vain to find it at the 1670 Zanker Rd. The address is now some kind of car service place. Would have been nice if it wasn’t still listed as there and open…

I should have made this review before, but here it is. I went here either when the new manager took over, or a short time before. I went here due to an ad and had such a hard time getting what I came for, that I almost walked out and kind of wish I did. They didn’t honor what they put in the ad and we went around in circles about it. The broad they sent me to was either new, playing stupid or really was stupid.

Tried to go to this place for the first time today. According to a sign on their door, due to new city laws, this place has closed. There’s a phone number on the door to call, but I didn’t think to get it before writing this review.

I haven’t been here since the first time I’ve been here. On their personal palliative flyers it says u get a choice of proclone, edible or gram of equal value with a donation. When we got in line they gave us all edible cookies. Which were okay.
Their selection of everything is GREAT. Concentrates are clear bud smelled great and I ended up leaving with cherry pie. They are pricey. To take a dab there is $ 5. Its somewhat a lounge with chairs at the dab bar. They also let u play video games on big flat screens. Also have a volcano vaporizer, their rigs are cool.
They have bud renders who torch u up, all obvi females because ppl would find them attractive just like they would at a regular bar. We 3 who went for the first time had our own wax but were still charged 5 dollars because the broad didn’t tell us til AFTER we dabbed our OWN wax, that they charge to use their rigs. 2 stars for that reason.
Yo why charge people to use your bongs if they have their own wax? Sure, charge if they wanna dab something you’re selling but really? Owner I hope u read this and DO BETTER. Or remind your girls to inform their customers before we agree to do something.
They’re in the cuts behind 24 hour Supersport. I haven’t went back for that reason — we were I’ll informed about being charged 15 dollars to dab our OWN wax with their rigs. A waste that was.

This place def fell off in the last year. The owners changed and it went from there. The selection is ok still but used to be better

Prices are stupid high, I can drive down the street and save 30% on the edibles they have. They put their top shelf flowers in plastic bags that crushes all the trees. They do have a large selection of edibles, but charge way too much. It’s supposed to be a medical clinic but it feels more like a bar/​club with loud music and large tvs for their «sick patients». They hire pretty girls who don’t know anything about their products. The people who give 5 star reviews are probably horny male college stoners.

The customer service was second to none. Andrea helped me the first time I visited and I had quite a few questions about concentrates. She explained everything to me in a very straight forward manner and answered each of my questions and even showed me what I needed (which I found out I already had — good thing I had brought my vaping gear, I had a few questions about that too). She was SUPER knowledgeable and friendly.
I’m super happy with my purchases. In fact I went back two days later to buy more chocolate and Andrea remembered me and even what I had bought and followed up on if I liked her recommendations (of course I did!).
Palliative also has their own kitchen and cooking classes as well as a vape lounge. The displays looked great, nicely organized. Just a great place overall and highly recommended.

Do not buy seeds there! You are taking a big risk! I spent $ 60 on 5 tiny seeds and 2 weeks later only one came out! All the others were completely dry and empty on the inside! I called them and talked to the Manager and she said that they don’t garrantee that the seeds will work! Well thanks for telling me this before i bought them! Actually i am not surprised since the seeds are sold in individual package that are on display on the counter and who knows for how long it has been there!

Expensive and I personally got a skimpy ass eighth. The guy that helped me, jose (?) Was great. Friendly, and hooked me up with a free dab to compensate for the small nugs.
Atmosphere is alright, they have a dab bar inside.
The dab tender was dope. Cute girl, talkative, funny sweet. She was good company.
Just that skimpy bag gets me. Left a sour taste in my mouth. Dont think ill be back.

Went here on a Wednesday and they had 25% off wax grams. Good deals. New customers get BOGO grams of flowers. They have a vape bar, very cool with plenty of big screen TVs. Very modern, professional and sleek atmosphere. Really nice customer service and they are all girls, so obviously the owner is an intelligent man. Come here now.

One of the best health centers i have been to. There is a nice little lounge area for the people to wait. It felt very clean.

Pretty chill and professional place. Bud was alright but what can I expect I bought some of their lowest shelf because I got a deal the day I came in. Lavender Kush put me to sleep in minutes though. Cool iPad check-​in system. Staff was nice but the bud tender was a bit too high/​kind of quiet and hard to hear what she was saying but still a nice experience

Wouldn’t recommend patients to come here. My first time experience was horrible, I got service by an inexperience bud tender and I had to talk circles around him until he recalls about the special deal for new patients. Also be careful about the magazine ad, they stated new patients get many deals for joining, but you can only have 1 of the listed options. What was provided was either buy ¹⁄₈ for $ 35 instead of their original price or 10% off my entire purchase.
The bud came out to be $ 41 w/​taxes, so remember to include taxes in your budget. I was bit disappointed that management here is all about business and not about the patient well being.
GDP was not memorable, however Sour Diesel was decent, its just the price was bit much.

THEE finest dispensary in California! This is really the only one my husband and I go to anymore, and we’ve been to a lot of them all over Northern and Southern California.
The products are amazing. The staff are amazing, and REALLY know their stuff about all the products they carry. They even have cooking classes!

Ok, so let me give props where props are due. A few weeks ago a friend and I were on a mission to get some medicine after 9 pm. I saw online that they were open till 10. So, I called them up and told them the situation. Apparently, they were already closed that day (old hours) but were still there taking care of whatever it is they had to do. The guy on the phone was cool and said it was all good to come by. I got a little lost finding it and took longer than expected. When I arrived, the building lights looked off and I thought they bounced. Luckily, I called before driving away and was told to come right in. That was very cool on their part as we all know how d-​headed some of these people that work/​own dispensaries can be about that kind of thing. They didn’t even complain about it, either. No «hurry up» or audible sighs on the phone. When we arrived, the guy was cool and didn’t look irritated like he was doing something he didn’t want to do. Great customer service!
We used a couple IPads for signing up. Probably a quick process on the regular but for some reason we where having issues with the thing and he had to reinput my info about 4 or 5 times. Once things were cool, we were led inside. This place is a lot bigger than it looked from the outside. They have all kinds of nice chairs, tv’s, reading material, and even a kitchen. I think they also have some vapes now. Anyway, it was impressive and if you are the type of person that likes to chill and smoke at vape lounges or dispensaries, it seems like a cool place. That’s not my thing so it really didn’t matter. I was there for the product for which I now have to flex a little honesty.
Their display looked nice. They had what looked like a food bar area with all their edibles. I saw some nice looking moonpies and other appetizing delights but unfortunately their prices didn’t match. I mean really, $ 25 + for an edible? What’s up with 20+ dose products anyway. I don’t get how they come up with the numbers and pricing. How do they determine a dose? I know what may be a dose to most people isn’t to me. So how beneficial is this type of pricing to the customer? It not. It’s a seller’s gimmick. It’s b.s. dispensaries do to charge more. If they really wanted to label things with honesty, there really only has to be four categories to classify any edible: mild, medium, heavy, and gone. It’s not just Palliative, most dispensaries sell edibles in this fashion, anyway. I’m not trying to single them out in this review, its just something that bugs me. And if Palliative is going to pride themselves on their edibles, they should be a little more legit in this respect.
As far as their bud is concerned, it was pricey but only ok. They paid the tax for the first visit and gave me a free preroll. Unfortunately, the preroll was garbage. It wasn’t that big (definitely no gram, like most clubs give) and it was rolled kinda weak so I opened it up to pack it my bong and was very disappointed with what I saw. Leaves, stems, and shake. WTF? I guess most people never check this kinda thing but should start. I had a similar bad experience at Elemental with a free preroll I was given there. If you are giving away prerolls, roll them up with some quality. I mean, really. That sucks.
Anyway, I grabbed an eighth of their top shelf Cloud 9 on the bt’s recommendation. It looked a looked full and frosty and I got some nice sized nugs. He weighed it out in front of me and it came out to exactly 3.5. Its always cool when clubs show a little love on the scale, especially for first timers, but oh well. When I got home, I smoked the Cloud 9 and was sadly let down. Despite the nice look, it ended up being very dried out and was more lower level high grade, definitely not top shelf. If that was their most potent med, I wasn’t impressed.
Palliative has potential but needs to focus on improving the things that matter: the quality of the flowers, the pricing and labeling of their edibles, and overall price in general. Perhaps have the product tested at a lab so customers can have more faith in its quality (a poor rep you have developed). Or, lower the prices if you know its really not as potent as stated. For such a large place, these measures would appear to be affordable. The emphasis here seems to be more on the visual and entertainment appeal than on the products. Don’t forget what’s important and why customers really go there. Focus on quality and affordability, not fluff. I hope you implement these suggestions as I would like to comeback if they are.

This is one of the best dispensary in San Jose I’ve been to.
I can go on forever but I think enough’s been said.
I can only say the only ‘CON’ about this place is that they don’t give you a price break when you buy more, like other dispensaries do.
Can’t go wrong with selection here though, its like a cafeteria like place with a kitchen to cook your own stuff (mind you they make their own stuff there too)
The budtender was awesome, you won’t leave disappointed.

Nick and Stella provided great customer service, but their buds didn’t do any justice. The best they had was purple erkle for 55 + 16.25% tax, so be prepared to be raped financially. Everything else on the shelf didn’t seem worthy of any donation. Thank god they had a 10% off for the first time patient deal.
I’ve never been to a more spacious club before. Lots of leather recliners and screens made the lounge area, also they had a kitchen area, which was interesting. One of the nicest clubs around.
I can’t say enough about the staff though, because I came in right at 10pm wednesday night on the dot, and they were cool enough to enter me into their system, knowing they could have rejected me right away.
I would definitely come back, but the Erkle was really the only bud worth purchasing. I’m interested in the lounge area, can you really medicate at this dispensary? Stella didn’t tell me, but everyone was in a rush, including me, so I’ll probably find out next time.
I could easily find bud of this quality for 40 – 45 in the east bay, easy. Concentrates didn’t look too great either. I’m just interested in medicating here!

A great club with a large variety. Very clean and has lots of chairs to sit a chill and watch some sports. The on site kitchen is very unique and all the baked goods/​sodas/​ice cream look good.
The fact that it’s open until 10pm is great to.
Great service and very friendly and helpful. I recommend this to everyone.

This is the first Cannabis Club I’ve ever been to that actually has a full kitchen inside. There’s nothing I love more than freshly baked edibles! I love this place!
Another good thing is that it’s the newest location in town so there’s no long waiting time to get your medicine and at the off chance of a wait, there’s a super friendly staff to keep you company ^_​^
