Payless Shoesource

Stopped by yesterday looking for something inexpensive for everyday wear. I had one of the best service here. The two ladies who were working here were great! They were super helpful, energetic, welcoming, and seem like they love their jobs. I ended up getting a couple pairs of cute shoes at a really good price. Five stars for the service here!!!

Shoes, just like the name suggests.
I don’t know how much paying-​less you do here since most of the shoes are either older or off name brand, but it is cheaper than if you bought them the year they came out. The place is pretty well organized compared to larger department stores shoe areas. I gave it an extra star for the staff being very friendly and helpful. They offer to help you find something, but I do not know anybody who goes into a Payless shoe store knowing what brands and fits they carry so browsing on your own is your only real option. However if the shoes you are trying to check out are out of your reach, since there are a lot of them stacked on top of the shelves, the 2 ladies who work here are more than happy to use their specialized shoe box grabbing stick to pull them down for you. They also carry some trinket jewelry that will probably turn green if you swim with it on, or sweet too hard on a dance floor. Socks of course, even the ones that girls use in those ballerina style slip on shoes.
A little side not, this area of the Plant shopping plaza has more than enough parking so don’t be shy to drive to this end and park sideways across all the slots you can.
All in all I recommend this place for anyone looking for an inexpensive fit that fits.

Four star for the service here! The nice Filipino lady catered to us from the moment we walked through the door and until we left!
She immediately went to grab her foot measure to measure my nieces feet size. She was so kind and funny when she spoke to them. And she didn’t mind that they ran around the store trying on new shoes! She did her best to find all the right sizes and made sure we were happy. Not only did she take care of us but she took care of all the other customers too!

I always come to this store for all my work shoe needs usually the give us company discount and I send all my new. employees here for there shoes I went to buy some shoes and the cashier refused to give meeh a discount without a printed coupon which we have never been asked for this was a bad experience for me because we give discounts to our customers even by just mentioning a coupon I think thats just bad customer service since we been going there for year will never go back there nor send my employees any of there location rather go to walmart from now on…

This is one of my favorite go-​to places for cute and affordable shoes. Many of their shoes are also very comfortable, and this store location rarely seems to be out of stock of my shoe size. I wish they had a wider variety of shoes. Shoes!

The ladies here were very helpful. My son wanted ONLY the CARS shoes that illuminate so we came here. This location did not have the size he needed. The sales associate was gracious enough to find a location with the proper size. She even went the extra distance by calling the other location, making sure the shoes were there, and had them hold the shoes for my son.
This saved me a major meltdown.

I had to come here twice for some new shoes, and with the selection of this place I was able to find them at a great price. I found a new pair of tennis shoes plus some dress shoes, and did this very fast and in my size.
The lady working the desk and the floor, was very helpful and nice, and when ringing my purchase up, I was able to do it fast and friendly.

Went here yesterday for some new shoes. The ladies working here were very nice and extremely helpful. I give them props for being so helpful and greeting every customer as they walk in the door. Good job ladies!

This store is newer — in The Plant Shopping Center. They are so helpful and friendly every time I go there !! I almost feel bad if I leave without buying anything ! I think their customer service is exceptional in all of these stores but esp. so at this new location. They always offer to check other stores for a size that they may not have in their store which is nice, too. I am glad that I live so close to the store. They do a great job !
