Graham is the «MAN». I’ve never given 5 stars to any pc shop/​repair center until now… He will work on your schedule, for instance, he will meet up with you to pick the PC up for repairs. He will do all the necessary things for your PC to be up and running with extras (tune up and everything) $ 85 no matter how long it takes to repair the PC. Can’t beat that. He will email you the progress/​status of the repair in details… HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We rely on our computers 24⁄7 and when they have problems we need help, fast. Expert help. That is what Graham provides, at high levels of skill and at rational cost. He comes to the user and (this helped me a lot) talks us through what he’s doing and why.
Note my five stars. I mean them. Another local ‘service’ that I have used did not bother to return two phone calls (I had been pleased before, but not any more). Graham returned my last call – I’ve used his help twice – within five minutes. He ‘gets it’ and he gets my business.
