Come here time to time. Simple pizza peporni, mushroom extra sauce and crispy alway right on point salad is awesome lot of options and as may dressings as you want. Ha! Got to love it.
I recomend everyone have a slice don’t be shy ask for it the way u want it.

Pizza My Heart is the best pizza in the South Bay. This is the closest PMH to my house and it’s always fast and reliable. I place an order over the phone and by the time I get there it’s out of the oven. This place can get packed on weekend nights.

Bibo’s pizza in the area is much better than this place. It strikes me as a CA take on what New York pizza is.

We just moved from southern California and live near pizza my heart. We have been here for the past 3 weeks on Fridays, my son really enjoys coming in as a Friday treat.

Pretty disappointing. I called to order a pizza, and they told me they don’t deliver to an apartment complex because it’s too large? Dominos, pizza hut, hell everyone does! It’s not difficult. In the end, the person asked the delivery driver if they could make an exception. SUCCESS! They decided to deliver. I then gave them very detailed instructions on where my apartment is. 30 minutes later, I got a call from the driver saying she was at the door. Turns out she was at the wrong apartment. Which is no problem, I told her how to get to my apartment. She came and then proceeded to lecture me on how to give correct information! I look at the reciept, and it proves she had the right information, just got lost. Still ok, but then proceeded to argue with me…
To me, poor customer service. I am very grateful for them to make an exception to deliver to my apartment (Sarcasm) but when they argue and lecture you just because they went out of their way? Trust me, I won’t ask for the favor again.
The food tastes great, but the customer service leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

I’m still sitting here and have to say that the pizza was awesome and the price was right. Less than $ 9 for a huge slice made almost at the moment and a beer.

Whole Pies or Pizza by the slice this place is never fails to disappoint.
NY style thin crust is the style of pizza here and it does not taste like cardboard.
As a self proclaimed pizza connoisseur you really cant go wrong with any of the specialty pizzas.
They also have kids combos and that come with carrots and fruit snacks.
Also the slices of cheese pizza are extremely popular and can run out, but will take ~ 10minutes to get new slices out.
The soda machine is one of those Coca-​Cola freestyle with 100+ flavors combinations, always fun to mess around with!

I love Pizza My Heart! It’s fast and the price is decent. I like the thin crust and the unique pizza varieties. It’s a bit over crowded but i guess thats because alot of people like their food. They even give you a card they stamp every time you buy a pizza and after a couple stamps you get free food! 5 stars no doubt!

Poor customer service. Even though there was a clear line, the guy taking people’s orders almost skipped over me & asked the person BEHIND me what they wanted. The pizza is way overpriced. Salads are mediocre. I redeemed my «free salad» option on the stamp card and bought a slice. I got home and saw that the girl at the register didn’t stamp the card for me. Incompetent & rude workers. Never going back to this location.

Disappointed with the pizza. Place is not clean and I don’t see them using gloves at all. They started sweeping and cleaning up while there are customers coming in and out ordering to go and dining in. I had their pizza before but at different location. Not coming back again.

Great pizzas and health delicious salads. Friendly employees. Who go out of their way to make your food just the way you want it. This could become a weekly habit.
Especially when they take coupons. Only negative they don’t have many booths.
They need to expand!

This was easily going to be a 1 star review but the workers at Pizza my heart did a 360 and made everything right. I placed an order at 7:30 pm on a Wednesday night and they said it would be half an hour for 3 pizzas and breadsticks. I came at 8:10, 40 minutes later and they apologized that the breadsticks were still cooking. Okay… So 10 minutes pass and at this point I was impatient waiting. They had a nice woman cautiously come up to me and sit down and said that the worker who was making breadsticks irresponsibly clocked out without telling anyone, so the breadsticks burned and they had to completely make a new one and it would take another 10 minutes or so. They threw in free pizza and took my name and number down to pick up free breadsticks at any time next time. How could I be mad anymore? Yes I was hungry but sometimes they’re are irresponsible employees, so the nice one shouldn’t be blamed. She was transparent and apologetic… and HELLO it’s free pizza and breadsticks, hehe.
Other than that, pizza my heart is tasty as always. Loaded with tasty toppings. The whole garlic cloves on the Big surprise pizza were surprisingly delicious! I didn’t know a whole cloves could be so good. Slices are decently priced and huge. However when buying the big whole pizzas it can get pricey.

Thank you pizza my heart people for always being so nice and efficient. I work close by and when I am there for lunch it is usually pretty busy. They have their way of moving the line quickly. Muchas gracias!!!

Gross! Two girls were at the counter talking and they both kept touching and moving the pizza sitting on the pans. No gloves. One of the girls was flicking her hair over the pizza! Sick, ewwwwww

I have had only a couple of different pizzas here so far: the D’Lex and the Manresa. Both were excellent! I love the thin crust and abundant toppings. There is a little sweetness in their crust that I like a lot.
I have also tried their chicken walnut and Greek salads. Both were very good as well. They’re pre-​packed, but the greens aren’t wilted and actually taste pretty fresh.
I accidentally ordered their cheesy bread sticks, which was an awesome mistake!!! I thought they only had one kind of bread sticks which is supposed to have cheese, so when they asked if I wanted the cheesy bread sticks, I said yes. Such garlicky, cheesy goodness!
I just think the pizza’s a little pricey, especially if you’re just getting a slice. There are a lot more pizzas on their menu that I want to try though, so I guess I’ll be hitting this place more often.
By the way, this particular location is small. I think there may be only 5 booths or so that seat 4 and a few small tables. I wouldn’t come here with a big group.

Yum. I love Pizza My Heart especially this location. The staff are always very friendly and quick. It is relatively easy to find parking since it is located within a shopping center with a large parking lot. This location is clean and offers indoor and outdoor seating. It’s a little difficult to squeeze larger parties into the booths, but there’s a larger table in the back corner that could easily fit about 8 people.
Five stars for delicious food, quick service, friendly staff, and always a great overall experience.

5 stars! For the service (and food of course lol). Earlier tonight, I came in and ordered 3 slices of pepperoni and a slice of veggie. Only 1 pepperoni out of the 3 was ready at the time and I didn’t mind waiting. I come to this place every couple of months but tonight’s experience was worth mentioning.
What made this experience special and memorable for me is how James and Cassidy delivered their guest/​customer recovery.
In short, they accidentally gave my pepperoni slices to other customers and they actually owned up to their mistake by informing me and offered me 2 options: Free pepperoni AND sausage pizza, or if I really wanted what I ordered, I can get a full refund but wait a little bit longer. I chose the refund since I was in no rush and I wanted to honor my cravings lol. (My bf was home playing Destiny anyway ahaha. No biggie).
I got my pizzas and an extra courtesy slice. Dude, how rad! Overall, Cassidy and James was sweet, accommodating and apologized for the inconvenience. I felt their actions were genuine which I really appreciated.
Thank you guys for your friendliness, honesty and service. It’s an awesome feeling to know there’s still a few restaurants out there that’s guest oriented (not an asshole basically). I’ll come back for sure :)

I ordered a heart-​shaped pizza for the boyfriend to be delivered to his work for Valentine’s Day and it was such an easy process. I called the day before to place the order, and the girl I spoke with was friendly and helpful. They also delivered it right on the time I requested it to be!
What I did not know was all the little cute things that they’d include with the pizza. Apparently they also give a little baggie with parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, a Pizza My Heart pizza cutter (how awesome is that?!), and a little package of jelly beans.
I’ve always been a fan of eating there, but it’s nice to know that their awesome services go beyond their walk-​in customers.

I have to say I’m a little embarrassed that it’s taken me this long to give this place a try. I like to pride myself on supporting local businesses and this chain is as local as they come. Pizza My Heart (PMH) got its start in Capitola in the early 80s, and stores have been sprouting up all over the Bay Area since; it’s the classic «local chain». I’ve seen it around and I have co-​workers that are fans and (to their credit) have been trying to get me to try PMH for years. I’m not sure why I resisted. I guess I just always found something «better» to go eat. Enough whining. Here’s the goods:
Pizza — I’ve tried 4 different kinds and to me the big standouts have been the Big Sur and the Pesto. If I had to pick a winner I’d go Pesto hands down, but you really can’t go wrong either way.
Salads — I’ve gotten the Greek Salad & the Chicken Caesar. I’m not in love with either, quite frankly. They’re both sorta «Meh.» Nothing to write home about.
Soda — «Soda?», you say. Yes, soda. The soda machine at this location kicks major ass; it makes custom flavors of soda such as Raspberry, Orange, Lime, Lemon, etc. I’ve heard rumors there’s over 500 different flavor combinations! I’m an unabashed soda junkie and when I first laid eyes on this thing my eyes nearly popped out of my head. I’d come here just to order a soda that’s how cool it is.
I’d like to end this review by apologizing to PMH and all PMH fans everywhere. I used to scoff whenever people would try and convince me to go. I don’t really have a good explanation why, but I am sorry. Now how about a refill on my Orange-​Raspberry-​Cherry Coke Zero?
