This review is a bit over due but I wanted to get through the entire buying process with Nick before raving about his ability.
PN Real Estate was recommended by some family friends who had a great experience, more often than not word of mouth means more than any other recommendation because people are so happy that they want to share the experience. They are excited about things almost like finding a needle in a haystack.
With Nick and PN Real Estate you get exactly that, an incredible face to face service that you would not expect from a realtor. In the past 3 years I have started the process with a few other realtors and it was a cold and calculated process. I never felt like I could trust these people with such a serious investment, they did not take the time to educate me and therefore nothing happened.
From the start Nick takes the time to get to know you. He understands that the right place needs to fit your needs and expectations answering all of your questions so you can understand everything. Over the course of several sit down meetings we started to narrow our search, Nick organized several day long home tours and he accompanied us each step of the way. Nick was there to honestly offer his opinion and provide his expertise, a personal experience which in invaluable.
Not to mention working with our schedule which includes two children, Nick is cool with kids and turned my 4 year old into a PN Real Estate fan.
Nick has a boat load of credentials that prove he is the expert that you can trust to get the job done. He is a guy who will literaly get down and dirty to help you find your home, he walked me through basements and garages flashlight in hand to make sure my investment and family were safe.
The support staff at PN are great, incredibly responsive and friendly. Did I mention Nick is also a broker and can help you through a loan process in house? PN is literally a one stop shop and that is what made it work for me, from qualifying to loan and eventually making a deal.
Nick got me a home that I wanted for under the asking price in Santa Clara County, that says a lot. If I buy again in the future there is no doubt that I will be contacting Nick and his team.
