For me, this place serves it’s purpose. If I have to ship something via FeEx, or UPS, this is where I go. It is somewhat hidden, so you very rarely see a line or a crowd of people. This works pefectly for me, as I am not too fond of waiting in a line just to drop off a package.
Each of the employees I’ve interacted with are very friendly and knowledgeable. It doesn’t look like they stock too many items other than your shipping necessities. But that’s really all you need right? Again, back to my statement, this place serves it’s purpose!
Side note:
The restaurant next this place makes good Sweedish Pancakes that are pinkish red. How does this relate? IT DOESN’T! But maybe you can try em’ after you drop off your package. :)
Conclusion:
Shipping, packaging, FedEx, UPS, snail mail — This is my «Go To» place!

The staff here is super friendly! I always had great, personable conversations with the manager every time I would return my school text books. It always made the errand an enjoyable experience :)

The young man that works most of the time has excellent customer service. I normally do my dropoffs here but sometimes I do have to pay for postage and I’m happy to give him my business. There’s been a girl that has helped me a few times and she is ok but not that helpful.

I come in on a fairly regular basis and this place is stellar. Both people I have encountered are absolutely the most courteous and generous folks! Great people, and always friendly. I’ve never encountered a wait longer than 2 minutes. Been more than happy with their service and would recommend to anyone.

It’s close, that’s what counts.
Want to know why people hate sending letters, because it takes so long. There were only 3 other customers in line here and it took 20 minutes for me to get to the counter. On the flip side of that the guy working here was super polite and attentive to my needs. That totally makes up for the time lag for me.
All in all I recommend this place for all your shipping needs.
