Premier Custom Window & Door

Shortly after buying a house that was approx 30 years old, I contacted Joel from Premier Customer Window & Door to replace the original front door. He really did a great job installing the new front door as it looks amazing and changes the way the house looks!
He also did some work on a door that didn’t fit properly, he re-​chiseled the hinges, re-​drilled the door jam, and replaced the locket, re-​seated the bottom (as there was a gap under the door when closed), did some touch-​up work with color matching and the door now closes perfectly and looks amazing.
Would definitely recommend these guys for superior craftsmanship, attention to detail, and reliability at a good price.

We had all our aging windows replaced with Andersen Windows by Premier Custom Window & Door in the fall of 2012. My sister, who is considered a perfectionist used this same company at the end of last year and she was thrilled, so we decided to get an estimate.
Our issue was that we didn’t want to install white plastic vinyl windows and lose the character of our home.
The original appointment to obtain a quote was very informative and the salesman Ed, was patient with our many questions. Based on Andersen’s reputation we expected a huge price tag and we were shocked because their bid was actually not much more than a couple of the vinyl window quotes we had received. The Andersen Windows are beautiful and they look like they were built with our home.
The installation was delayed because one of our windows was damaged during shipping and had to be replaced. I appreciated that they checked all the windows before starting theinstallation and quickly agreed, at our request, to delay the start instead of leaving our house with one window not finished while they waited the two weeks for the new window to arrive.
Once installation started we worked with Cody and his team. They were very professional and knew what they were doing (which, unfortunately, is not always the case with contractors). They kept our house extremely clean during the installation (it took 3 days), and answered all my questions during the job. Cody was very conscientious about making sure we were satisfied with everything and even came back to our home at 9:00 pm when my husband gets off work to show us how to operate the windows and make sure we were pleased.
During the installation I was home with my infant daughter and Cody his team were wonderful about working around her special needs. Overall it was a 5 star experience but the reason for the 4 star rating vs 5 stars is that the job could not be finished on time due to the window that had to be re-​ordered dueto the shipping damage. We cannot be happier with our new windows and Premier Custom Window and Door did a great job and my husband and I (and sister!) would highly recommend them.

When I owned a home in the South Bay I used Premier windows to replace 25 single pane windows with composite double pane. The work was done perfectly and the quality of craftsmanship was excellent. The price was competitive as compared to other companies. Definitely recommend to south bay window needs.

We had wooden windows installed throughout our house — over 30 of them. The window work these folks provided was excellent. Their carpentry was a work of art, and in our older house, it wasn’t always easy to make things fit and look right. They re-​did things until they were entirely acceptable. Their crew was courteous and personable, working hard to minimize the disruption and mess that comes with re-​doing windows. The only reason we didn’t give this company 5 stars is that they said they’d re-​do our stucco after installation, and we ultimately had to re-​do the job they provided there. I would recommend them highly for windows; if you have a complex stucco job along with the windows, I’d suggest getting a master plasterer to do that part separately.
