Pro Nails

I would not give this place any stars! My first time here was 2 years back. Had their deluxe spa pedicure & had rashes & scaling skin after. They put some made in china cheap chemical & then abraded my skin. Ok that was 2 years back.
So today (2 years later) I’m pressed for time and decided to return here to get a pedicure thinking the work here has changed not was I WRONG! I saw the salon empty on a Saturday afternoon I should have guessed they still suck.
I put my feet in scalding HOT water, yes I was squirming to get my feet out, the Vietnamese lady acted cool like its not hot water, of course she has thick gloves on so to her the water is warm. I told her take off your gloves feel the water, she did not and after fussing with her she turned on the cold water. Mind you the water temp on my hands were scaling…
I then tell her this is unacceptable, she apologizes one. Dissatisfied! My feet are like tingling from a first degree burn! I will opt to take legal action if I still have painful reddened feet. By far this is my worst review on Unilocal!I try to give people business a chance, this is a safety issue and unacceptable.

Hated this place. Went in for a fill and the lady was sort of friendly and then someone walked in with a little girl who wanted to have a pedicure so she helped them and a very young man took over and started to do my nails but I had to move to another station. He walked in from outside and didn’t even wash his hands. Then yet again, he asked me to move to another station because, well, I don’t know why! He was quiet, unfreindly and didn’t even offer to put a color on! I thought they looked good so I didn’t bother but when I got home and put my glasses on, OMG, they looked horrible because of the growth underneath. I had to polish them myself. This place SUCKS!

I came here on a recommendation of my manager, which ironically, she stopped going to in favor of doing her own nails. She suggested Jaime. I made an appointment with her at 10am on a Friday. I showed up, waited 20 minutes. She didn’t show up, so I had another lady do my nails. She put on the tips, which were really irritating the sides of my fingers. The nails poked way into the sides.
So, Jamie showed up and I ended up having her doing it instead. I got a set of crystal nails, which looked real pretty and natural.
After one week, my thumb nail broke. Didn’t do anything hard or harsh to it. I went back to get it fixed. The lady who did it charged me for it!
After a week, the other thumb broke. Again, no harsh movements.
OOOKAY!!! So I went to another nail salon. Never again!
