I was craving pizza after work. I decided to stop by this location for the first time since I always drive by it when I work. The crew was extremely nice. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and even offered me a better deal that ended up saving me some money. THANKYOU! My pizza was delish just how I imagined it would be. Thank you everyone see you again real soon!

TERRIBLE!!! Told me my order would be ready for pick up at 7 o’clock, yet when I arrived they told me it wasn’t ready yet and I had to wait an additional 40 mins! Rude customer service, I might add. Surprised this place hasn’t shut down and been replaced with another hair salon yet. Won’t be back, that’s for sure.

Went in at 10:20 on a Friday night(40 minutes before their posted closing time) and they wouldn’t seat us — they said they were«take out only after around 10:30 or 10:45». If that were actually posted on their hours, that’s fine; But for a restaurant to refuse to seat and serve customers well within posted business hours is absurd. Not only that, but they were very rude and dismissive about it. They told us to eat outside — it was forty some degrees out! And they didn’t even have chairs outside! Don’t care how good their pizza could be — won’t be going back to risk being treated like that again when there are so many places around with great customer service that actually let you eat inside when they’re open.

I am really going out of my comfort zone with the«one star» but honestly… a frozen pizza from whole foods blows this place out of the water. Get what you pay for right? Well if that was the case then the MEDIUM, yes MEDIUM pizza with the SMALL pizza would have came out of the box with gold dusted crust and truffle oil, however in my experience I got a large mound of doughy-garbage. Maybe I was spoiled with my time on the East Coast and their pizza? But I am as basic as basic gets and generally I do not leave pizza uneaten… ever. With that said, tonight I was rather hungry curtesy of round table pizza I had to force feed myself only two small slices while battling through the onslaught of dough. Did I mention this excellent experience cost $ 43.00USD ?? That is again for a medium and a small. But I understand the high prices being in CA and the assumption you have to pay rent… So I get why you have to skyrocket prices– because no one prob wants your product! Maybe I’m being a little hard and should edit this review after breakfast tomorrow when I go at it again. But for now that is a very generous one star. BTW there are no round tables in the restaurant… Just saying :)

Pizza is great, no parking at all for its customers. I count even eat comfortable without hoping my car is not going to get towed because I had to park in another company parking spot.

In general we really like round table pizza… with coke. Garden delight is usually what we get and it hard to go wrong with it

So a group on popped up on google when I searched Round Table Pizza. $ 25 for 21-Topping pizzas, 1 large salad and 1 liter soda for $ 25. I thought«Wow that’s a good price» so I bought the group on, followed the directions for ordering my pizza online. Stated in the notes section that I had a group on and what it was for, no problem. My pizza’s get delivered and the delivery guy says to pay $ 70.xx. I let him know I have the group on and show him my coupon code. he has no idea what I’m talking about. He calls his manager who also has no idea what I’m talking about. Says I can pay for the pizza at a discounted rate. $ 59. I’m hunger, my child is hungry, so I pay for the pizza’s. I call the manager back after he leaves and ask if they ready the directions that customers put when they order online. The manager states that they do but obviously not or they would have called to check what the group on was for. Apparently its not for that location. If they would have read the notes and called to check first I would have cancelled the order. Not to mention the last time I ordered from here the gentleman who delivered my pizza’s dropped one of them upside down on the ground. I will be ordering from a different location from now on. Too many bad experience at this one.

Stopped in during beerwalk for the best slice of pizza I have had in a long time. Hot and cheesy, plus round table pepperoni is the best! This location is awesome. Always good, always delicious, friendly staff and fast delivery! Oh and they added Polynesian sauce to the menu!!! Seriously, order the Maui Zowie with Polynesian Sauce. Super great!

I ordered a small Maui Zaui pizza. I got home and with great anticipation delivered the first bite to my mouth… .what…no, something was wrong, in place of the Polynesian sauce I’d so often enjoyed at other Round Table locations was excessive tomato sauce and a somewhat undercooked pizza. My most disappointing pizza experience to date. I threw much of the pizza a way. Is it true, as I read after the fact in s Unilocal review that this location doesn’t even carry the Polynesian sauce? The pizza they served me was horrible, $ 20,00 very poorly spent.

Worst. Experience. Ever. On the past when they had older mature workers it was fine, not anymore. I went in over the weekend in hopes of getting a pizza. I called ahead and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I show up and the pizza is not as crispy as I had ordered. So I asked them to please put it back in. The young Caucasian boy at the register who looked like he was in high school at first was confused. Then he understood. I think his name was Anthony. I’m not too sure though. So he takes the box back and gives it to another kid and walks back to take my payment. We both then hear a noise, he looked at me in a panic then went and checked out what happened. It was obvious that the other kid has dropped my pizza on the floor. Anthony comes back like nothing while he other boy is making another pizza. He then tries to charge me. I had 2 American Express and visa gift cards on me. I gave them to him and he claimed it wasn’t working. So I gave him another one. He couldn’t figure it out. Ive used them all the time and no other store has ever had an issue except for these high school kids. Finally after them not knowing how to charge the cards, which I explained was just like a regular credit card. Nothing happened. At this point I’m annoyed and frustrated. So I just handed them my debit card. After a few tries Anthony or whatever his name was, was finally able to charge me. Now keep in mind that I’ve waited 20 minutes, showed up and dealt with these 2 kids who act like they came straight out of the movie Idiocracy for ANADDITIONAL15 minutes. THEN… Here’s the crowning blow… Once I pay Anthony says: we went ahead and just put in another pizza for you so it will be fresh. 1. DONTLIETOYOURCUSTOMERS. I SAWYOUIDIOTSDROPTHEPIZZA. 2. DONTACTLIKEYOURDOINGME A FAVORBYGIVINGME A «FRESH» PIZZAAFTERYOUVEALREADYWASTED35 minutes OFMYTIME. 3. Now not only did I waste 35 minutes, now I have to wait 20 more!!! By this point I asked for a refund and walked out without any pizza. Worst employee I’ve ever encountered. Never again will I be back.

I haven’t had round table in literally about 10 years. I thought they closed them all. Moving here and seeing them I was thrilled. I ordered delivery last night the guy was really friendly! I was informed of their 1 hour delivery time thinking it would be worth the wait. The pizza got here in exactly an hr… Cold. The breadsticks had shriveled and hardened into unrecognizable pieces of rock hard pieces. So I threw them out. And the pizza cheese had changed colors to cold cheese. Let’s just say the pizza tastes great today after I microwaved it and it’s nice and hot. Just as I remembered. I will eat here again but probably go in instead.

My family likes to come to this location for the buy one get one deal on Mondays. This location is small compared to other round tables and that’s perfectly fine. What I have a problem with is that they know their location is small but they allow large groups to reserve over half the place for a bday party. I’m talking about only like 3 tables without a reserved sign on them. It was ridiculous. On top of there being hardly any space because of this party, the service sucked because they were clearly trying to do much more than their small, family owned establishment was capable of. We ordered a large order of boneless wings, two medium pizzas, and a Caesar salad. Pizzas came out first, then the wings. Usually the other way around. No biggie. Then we ask for ranch. He literally brings back a shot glass sized container of ranch for a large order of wings. My mother in law complains, so we are finally given an adequate amount of ranch for our wings. Then we ask about the salad. They forgot about it. So I didn’t get it until we were leaving. On top of everything this salad cost nearly $ 8 and was a small container of romaine lettuce with a shot glass container of parm and dressing on the side. Really? Do you know what kind of salad I can get at pluto’s for $ 8?! Annoyed. I’ll probably still order take out from here but dinning in is no bueno.

Came in to get dinner and wanted the boneless wings and the young man tells me they don’t have any. What a disappointment, so I ask can I have the same amount for the bone in wings, the amount I would have got with the boneless. So he tells me I can’t do that, I can give you 10%. Will not be back, the service sucks.

Since I was a kid, I’ve had a sort of allegiance to Round Table Pizza but this location disappoints. The people behind the counter are not the friendliest. Also, seems like every time I’ve walked in, there’s always a shady guy or two just hanging out watching TV on the big screens, sometimes eating and sometimes just sitting there giving you weird looks when you walk in. The pizza is normal quality but as usual for Round Table, it’s a overpriced.

After coming here for over 15yrs plus I experience theft from someone who works their. An item of mine left behind for 5 min was gone and no one wanted to to return it back. I spoke to the owner and confirm by him that i was able to look at the film. The next day they said I am not able to view the film. Sketchy! A customer who was their at the time told me no one else came in and saw a delivery driver in my table where I was sitting at, and look suspicious.

Best pizza in the bay area! I drive 45 miles just to eat at this round table pizza. Why you may ask? Because they bring the heart, soul and life to what round table pizza was built on. Fun! Family! And great pizza! The founder would be very proud at this round table. They are still holding his legacy. Great job guys! Keep up the good work!

Round Table. The last honest pizza. No lie; I love it. I can’t get enough of it. My east coast friends complain about their sauce, but I love that it’s not sweet or tomato-y. I love the spices and the tang. I love the fresh toppings. And above all else, I looooove the crust! How could you not? Nay-Sayers just don’t have a palate to speak of. This is good«fast» food. Period. PS — this location’s delivery is on-point. The drivers are always on time and very courteous.

They advertise serving the downtown area but do not deliver to the middle of downtown? Why on earth do you say you deliver downtown then? Also, their website does not work at all for online ordering. If it worked, I wouldn’t have to call them and wait on hold forever just to be told that they don’t deliver to my area. Sure, I can get in my car and go pick up a pizza but there is never parking near Lincoln either. So it’s lose lose lose. I hate complaining about businesses, but Round Table used to be the best and now they are just expensive and not as good as other pizza places.

This place charges 19.99 for a large 1 topping pepperoni and $ 24.99 for a maui zaui. I expect the maui to be expensive because it’s a specialty pizza, but $ 19.99 for a large pepperoni is outrageous. You can get a «hot & ready» pepperoni for about 5 bucks anywhere now. Our bill with a 2-liter added on was going to top $ 63 after the delivery charge. For TWO pizza’s and a 2 liter?! I told the woman on the phone that the prices seemed pretty outrageous compared to other pizza places. Her reply was«thats our price, if you don’t like it, don’t order from us…» So I didn’t. Pretty rude. If you would like to get a generic pizza dinner for same price as going out to a nice restaurant and rude service, then I’d highly recommend this establishment.
