Community Rebuilding One Step At A Time San Jose Project(SJP) will build a legacy of creating a city-wide, hands-on community outreach, bringing together everyone and anyone of all ages, including grandparents, parents, and children. SJ Project exposes to individuals how one day of service can make a difference and fosters a strong partnership between the community and the city of San Jose. No commitment, no strings attached – just one full day of community service, beautifying the city of San Jose. The purpose of SJP is to bring together everyone in the community, young and old, to show how one little deed can make a big difference. SJP Day is one large scale, full day of service throughout the City of San Jose, which will take place on April 21, 2012, Earth Day weekend, from 9am-4pm. SJ Project is looking for dedicated volunteers and Project Site leaders: Check out SJP Food Truck Fundraiser coming up on Saturday, March 3rd between 11:30−3pm at Overfelt High School!
