Sara West – Marriage and Family Therapist

Sara is a wonderful therapist! She provided me with great tools to grow, work through my challenges in building long, loving relationships. I always felt very comfortable and respected during our meetings. I highly recommend Sara for counseling, coaching as she truly helps you identify your strengths and weaknesses as you learn to be a strong and confident individual.

I started seeing Sara about 6 months ago and have found her to be very helpful, caring & supportive. She has provided me with lots of valuable insight as well as useful advise and information to help me better understand myself and the challenges that I want to overcome.
I’ve been to counseling in the past but never really found much chemistry or had any success that led to good results. I feel like Sara is a friend that I can easily talk to and get her input. Since our time together I have made some huge steps in the right direction, been more optimistic and have been making better decisions for myself.
