Every aspect of this department is a nightmare. First, you’ve to go online and make an appointment with one of the advisors. The online portal is crap, you sign up and make your appointment which is so far off in the future you’re probably dead. You can’t sign in again without knowing your password or security question which it never set up in the first place, so you got to use a different email address to make another appointment.
I show up 15 minutes early and get bumped for a guy who had an appointment a couple of hours away. I met with Darlene who could not wait to get rid off me and go back to surfing the net. Every question was met with «I don’t know» you’ll have to look it up yourself — what the f_​€# are you advising?!
2 stars is for the guy at the reception desk who’s is super efficient.
