These two did my graduation party and it was amazing! They were so professional, they are very flexible and produced an amazing event. They can take care of all your rentals, set them up and provide your meal as well as pick up everything after your event (I mean you do need to throw your own trash away!) The food (bbq) was amazing, everyone at my party just couldn’t stop talking about it. as far as rentals they matched the exact colors i wanted so everything looked amazing. The attention to detail was superb. I also had a candy bar and she was able to provide everything including customized candy bags! I would use them again in a heart beat! I HIGHLY recommend them… and yes the Mac n cheese is amazing!

Johann and his wife prepared such an amazing meal, but that’s not what makes them special. They are so friendly and personable that they became part of the party. Our guests had questions about various courses, and so Johann happily answered questions while he was cooking. The kitchen became the center of the party, and Johann never complained about the added distractions. Johann and his wife handled all the clean-​up. It was a perfect evening with excellent food and excellent service.

I have used Chef Johann and his wonderful staff for numerous events, and I have been more than impressed every time. The food is amazing, the presentation spectacular and not a detail is missed. Chef Johann uses only the freshest of ingredients and has an amazing ability to combine foods and spices that render mouth-​watering creations. He also does a mean BBQ and the most amazing Mac & Cheese. Hands down, the best catering service.

I went to a baby shower catered by Chef Johann. The food was delicious, especially the prime rib. The layout and presentation of the food was very professional. When the time comes, I will be sure to have Stay Fresh Catering at my event.

A professional team! Chef Johann and crew catered my Godson’s baptism in a residential home and did an excellent job.
Stay Fresh showed up, professionally dressed and worked diligently in a cramped kitchen to ensure that the food was prepared and ready for presentation by the time guests arrived.
Menu consisted of:
–kalua pork sliders
–mahi-​mahi
–cheese platter with fresh fruits, crackers and honeycomb
–salad with lilikoi vinaigrette
–kids menu/​Mac cheese and mini corn dogs
I’m sure there was more, but all were showcased in silver heating platters and cards identifying the dish. If that wasn’t enough, all dishes were very good!
I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them the next time I am in need of catering service.

I used Stay Fresh Catering for my in-​laws’ 80th Birthday Luau in July ’10. Chef Johann was very professional, creative and helpful in creating a very memorable occasion. I gave him our budget, headcount, and dietary preferences, and he created a perfect menu that all the guests were raving about! Not to mention a beautfiul display that Chef Johann and his team put together! I will be sure to use his services again.
