Deborah Stevens, proprietor of Stevens Faux Designs is a master at Faux finishes, murals, painted furniture and cabinets, etc. She is the best of the best. We’ve had her do our living room, dining room, kitchen and dining room cabinets. We’ve also had her paint three pieces of furniture with whisical and beautiful scenes. And she did this amazing new technique in our kitchen where she made a back splash that has faux tiles and a gorgeous mural above the stove. You cannot believe how beautiful her work is. And it’s all personalized to your taste and family. Her technique in the kitchen is something she created and it is both beautiful and sturdy. It’s a great invention from a wall treatment perspective.
The cabinet work that Deborah did turned basic (cheap) Home Depot cabinets into works of art. The Faux living room/​dining room treatments give the rooms an elegance that couldn’t have been anticipated given our small little cottage. Also, she did a great, dramatic treatment on our wainscoting.
I love everything about the work that Deborah has done for us. It’s absolutely beautiful and durable. Her prices are very fair given the huge amount of labor involved. She meets deadlines very professionally. When she needs to adjust her timeline she is quick to communicate and was accomodating to our needs.
