Susan is the most amazing real estate agent out there, hands down. I first met Susan at an open house back in 2006. I was immediately impressed by the professional manner in which she presented herself, very put together, professionally dressed, yet warm and friendly. Always a beautiful smile. The house she was showing was impeccable. Spotless. And there was nothing out of place. The owners of the home must have taken direction from Susan, I thought. I wanted her to be my agent. And so the relationship began. Susan found and bought my home in San Jose and sold that very same home four years later when I moved out of state. It says a lot that engaged her services a second time. Not only that, I referred her to two friends who used her services and we’re both very happy with her. What is it about Susan that makes her a great agent? She is there for you every step of the way. And she knows exactly what she’s doing. Although behind the scenes things can be messy, Susan makes them appear seamless and flawless to her clients so that they don’t have to worry. She takes care of the load that her clients need not bare. It’s stressful enough to buy or sell a home! And Susan knows this. At the same time Susan keeps her clients informed every step of he way of the processes that they need be aware.
