I work in the daycare field and have problems with my neck and back. I can’t believe how much these therapists help both relieve the pain and increase my freedom of movement! 5 stars is not enaugh! Perfect it was more than perfection, every one was so friendly, a very relaxing inviroment. And Tommy and his magic hands. That man is perfect is his field, had a wonderful 1hour deep massage, just perfect amount of pressure. I can’t believe I finally found the therapist of my dreams! Definitely going back and I strongly recommend Tommy to every one that wants an amazing massage. Thanks again Tommy.

Buyer Beware: You aren’t getting a quality massage if you buy on a discount. I didn’t get a massage at all and they still kept the money. You are a «low-​priority» customer.
They rescheduled my appointment twice stating that the better massage therapists don’t do deal coupons. I paid 150 bucks! They also refused to give me a refund but tried rescheduling during inconvenient times. I explained that I bought this for my boyfriend as a present for our anniversary and they wouldn’t budge. That is $ 150 down the drain. The receptionist told me that they don’t get the majority of the 150, but that the coupon distributer does. It is non-​refundable.
It is a great scheme because they just make money without having to sacrifice time or effort, burdening the buyer. They reschedule to inconvenient times with unpopular or reluctant therapists in hopes that you don’t pursue the deal.
UPDATE: Amazon is still selling these coupons even though they won’t honor them…

The staff and therapists are friendly and helpful. I have been to many massage therapists and massage centers, but the therapists at Bodywell really get the job done. I have a few recurring pain spots including tight joints. The therapists are able to relief stiffness and help with my joint mobility.

WOW. I purchased a session from Groupon, and I am so thankful that I stumbled upon this place. I called and left a voicemail, crossing my fingers for a last-​minute/​same day appointment availability. I actually got a call back from Mary within an hour! I scheduled to go in ASAP. She attempted to give me directions, but I told her I had GPS and would figure it out. Biggest mistake ever, lol.
My GPS led me VERY astray, in the middle of Christmas shopper+rush hour traffic. NIGHTMARE. I sat at one light on Winchester for 4 red lights! That was the only downside to this experience, and to no fault of Bodywell’s; thus, why I am still rating them 5 stars. WARNING: If using an iPhone, don’t click directly on Bodywell’s for directions! Speak the exact address instead!!! Mary not only stayed with me on the phone and gave me directions, she accommodated my appointment time, rather than telling me it would cut into my massage. I was SO RELIEVED! The situation could have possibly been different if other appointments or staffing were not in my favor, but I definitely had the most favorable outcome of this experience.
I arrived, did my paperwork, and was scheduled with Tommy. My Groupon was for a Swedish 60 minute. I told him most of my pain/​soreness was from working out hard the last few days, and he tailored the session to be more of a sports massage. EXACTLY what I needed! One of the best massages I have had. Tommy is VERY, VERY good at what he does. His style was very fluid and very thorough. He checked in with me regarding the volume of the music, room temperature, and massage pressure. He focused on the areas I mentioned, but did not leave other areas out. Hands and feet included. I remember thinking to myself, he can’t possibly have time to do my front side, but he did. He divided his time extremely well.
After my session, Mary handed me some information and told me about all of their packages/​membership options, without trying to SELL ME anything. Very polite and non-​aggressive. I really like the fact that they have package options and you don’t HAVE to get a membership. I called my boyfriend immediately and told him to book an appointment for himself. I will definitely be back for future services here!

Excellent massage! Just what I needed! Tommy is the best! He is so professional, friendly, and definitely very skilled. He knew exactly where I needed the most work! He was so attentive to what I needed and was thorough. They also have great new customer and member specials.

My sister n law found this place on Unilocal and we wanted to give it a try. We are always looking for a great place for massages. Made an appointment and we arrived 15 minutes earlier then our appointment. Came in and waited for the receptionist for about 5 minutes. Then she came out of another room and had us fill out a 2 page form. Once we were done, my masseuse came out to greet me.
When we got into the room, it was a normal routine, asked questions and see where I needed the focus on. I told her my shoulders and lower back. The disappointing part of my massage was that she kept putting hot towels on me and barely massaged me. Out of the whole hour, she probably worked on me for a total of 25 minutes and that’s not what I paid for. I’ve gotten many massages and this is probably the worst one that I have encountered. I was probably better off getting the foot massage for $ 20. Really disappointing. I thought that I was the only one, but my sister n law said that hers was even worst, they started late!

It was my first time here and I found this place from a great deal through Groupon. My masseuse was Leona and she was great with everything. She was great about asking if the pressure was too much, or if the damp towels were too warm. The towels were DEFINITELY the best part as they lessened the knots down from my back. She even showed me some great stretches that I can use in the morning and/​or night to help better improve the nasty knots in my upper back. The ladies at the front desk were both very nice as well. I will definitely let my family and friends know about them for anyone that is looking for a good massage business.
Thank you! I would really recommend getting massages at least a few times a year and they can REALLY improve your health and (if you have a good masseuse) will take you into such a relaxing state. :)

I booked a massage on groupon with The Bodywell. I read great reviews on some of the other massage therapists and wanted to check it out and I was NOT disappointed!!!
I had a wonderful massage with Ashley H. I told her what I would like her to focus on and she did such a great job and worked on everything I asked. She has good pressure if you are looking for deep tissue massage and was friendly and comfortable to be around. She also gave great suggestions on stretches that I could do to alleviate pain day to day. Thanks Ashley!
