My bread was stale and hard to chew, wayyyy too much mayo. I felt rushed. And maybe it’s just in my head but my soda had a weird taste too.

Terrible customer service. It’s posted on the window that they close at 9, yet they close at 830. Every time I go in between 8 – 9, they say they are already closed because they’ve cleaned up already.

Ok. I love togos but this togos sucks. I work in the same complex and I’ve gone 3 times and the bread is so dry, tastes like its been sitting there for days! My co-​workers say the same thing. Gross!

This place needs help. I have been going to togos for a very long time and this was the first time at this location. They had a line to the door and there wasn’t much sense of urgency. I had to repeat my self many times as she made the sandwich because she kept talking to her co workers instead of listening to me. And the sandwich was slapped together and almost lost interest in it however I was in a hurry to get back to work. Someone from upper management needs to coach this place

If I had the energy I would post on every single Togo’s page. I hate the fact that they got rid of the BBQ meat. you can only eat the #24 so many times.

I’ve been a fan of Togo’s sandwiches since my days at Santa Clara University in the late 70’s. The quality of their food has been consistently excellent. The new Togo’s restaurant at the corner of Saratoga & Kiely, however, exceeded my expectations.
For some reason, the bread and ingredients seemed fresher and the hospitality of the staff was exemplary. The restaurant was cleaner than I’ve come to expect from sandwich shops, and I appreciated the two televisions — one showing a classic NFL game, the other broadcasting CNN.
Kudos to the staff and ownership for providing such a pleasant experience.
