Olsen Orthodontics

Avoid Dr. Olsen at all costs! He is only in the business for the money! He will try to «sell» you his dentistry. We had an emergency situation and left several messages, but never heard back from him or his office staff for a couple of days! There are more qualified, honest and reputable Orthodontists in South County. His fees are the highest after getting other quotes but we chose Dr. Olsen thinking we would get superior service and dentistry, but honestly he is a joke along with his staff who never answers their phone or returns phone calls! We will be transferring elsewhere. Again, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT let Dr. Olsen sell you with his presentation and advertisements!

I went to Olsen Orthodontics and to fix my bite. After 18 months in braces, he was not able to fix my bite. During my visits, he would spend no more than 5 minutes evaluating my progress and his assistant would do most of the work. Towards the end, I complained several times that my bit was still not right and he simply shrugged it off and told me that my teeth would eventually adjust. I have been out of braces for almost one year and still have issues with my bit. I will most likely have to get braces again (with a different doctor).

Dr. Olsen and his staff are the nicest people. They were so detail oriented with my daughter and made her feel completely comfortable during her exams. Dr. Olsen took the time to discuss all options of treatment with me before proceeding. He didn’t act aggravated with questions, wasn’t rushed at all and was so sincere. His office was quiet and efficient. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs orthodontic work done or who’s child needs orthodontic work done.

I sincerely cannot imagine a better orthodontic practice. Dr. Olsen and his wonderful staff managed to completely restore the trust of my child, after having had several negative dental experiences with other providers. In addition to the clearly extraordinary level of expertise in orthodontics, Dr. Olsen exhibits superlative skills in terms of patient care. He is extremely patient, creative, flexible, brilliant, empathic and genuinely kind. After an extended period, I can say that all of our experiences there have been overwhelmingly positive, from each lovely person involved in the practice. I consider having found Olsen Orthodontics to honestly be one of our greatest blessings and cannot recommend this office enough or more highly.

Dr. Olsen and staff are fantastic! He came highly recommended and he is an excellent orthodontist. Having braces as an adult is not the most pleasurable experience but I found it not to be fine because of Olsen Orthodontics great work. They are very responsive and flexible to my schedule. I’m about half way through my treatment and my youngest daughter just started her phase 1 treatment.

Dr. Olsen and his staff are amazing. The office is comfortable and professional. My sons teeth are beautiful and Dr. Olsen’s patience in getting us through the process was much appreciated, as my son seemed to have trouble keeping his brackets in place! As much as I want to say how happy I am that we are on the other side of this, I am also very sad that we wont get to see them all the time! Its like a family and they all make you feel so very welcome!

I went in thinking I was going to be getting retainers but was later informed that this would not be the best course of action for me to take. Dr. Olsen and the rest of the staff made me feel very comfortable while offering their humor of of course, their best interest regarding my smile and the future of my teeth. Very great experience. I am excited to be starting my orthodontic adventure with Dr. Olsen and the staff!
