I wish I could put zero stars most dishonest company ever! Was quoted a price of 399 for a spring repair. At the end I was given a bill for $ 1500! Then when I questioned the guy he made a call and the price dropped to 720. The add on the internet states %100 money back guarantee. When I called the next day the «manager» was rude and not helpful at all. I then called the owner and was hung up on when I mentioned wanting my money back. Come to find out my check was cashed the very day I wrote it. Please don’t use this company they are swindlers!!!

If there was a way to give this vendor NO stars, I would. My error was in not researching Unilocal PRIOR to contacting them. Had I done so, I would have read Troy D’s review and saved myself a considerable amount of money. With my car stuck in the garage and an appointment within a few hours, I fell victim to a company that told me that a pair of springs was $ 375, new cables were $ 175 and a new tube was $ 225. So, I now have a working OLD door for the price of a brand new one. Expensive lesson learned… Unilocal first!
