Dollar Tree

Bad customer service! Second time here ! and the Cashiers are so Rude wish i can know their names .How did they get hired!? first time the cashier didn’t say hi or anything she was just gossiping didn’t even say bye or a thank you not even a smile. the second time the same thing happened two girls gossiping and while i was going to her station she notice she had her light on instead of her saying oh I’m sorry I’m closed or can you please go to the next cashier. she just turned off the light and told her coworker i been closed i have a lot to do. I personally did not like that.

This is where little people with only a few dollars in their grubby little pockets love to go to treat themselves.
Mom also manages to stock up on wrapping paper, cheap glassware and stationary supplies.

This is probably the best dollar tree in the area. Of course it’s clean because it’s new, but the employees are much nicer. You can find any thing here. Quality isn’t always the best but hey it’s only a dollar lol. Christmas décor is super cute!

I loved the size, more options than the other Dollar Tree’s i have stumbled upon since being an East Bay resident. Wasn’t a fan of the customer service, the cashiers were a bit bossy, inattentive and spent more time gossiping than speaking with and checking in with customers. Customer service plays a huge key in customers returning to stores.

This is a fairly new Dollar Tree that opened up last November. The store is pretty huge and is located between Walmart and Home Depot and next to Sports Authority.
The store itself was pretty big in size but it was lacking in stuff. It felt like the store was bare and missing things, some of the shelves seemed lacking and empty. They had your typical Dollar Tree items, that are all for $ 1, but really it seemed little bare and simply lacking.
Customer Service was not as good as it should be. There was nobody walking around the store, so if you had a question or needed assistance, nope that couldn’t get that because all of the workers were at the front of the store manning the registers up front. There were only 3 registers open in the afternoon is which is okay, the checkout wait was not that long.
Shopping Carts, they had very little amount for such a pretty big decent sized store. And upon walking in the store, there were shopping carts right at the door, but they didn’t work, because they were locked because they aren’t allowed to be taken outside the store. But they had other shopping carts by the register so it was okay, but still they should have people checking those carts and unlocking the ones by the door so customers can use them throughout the store.
They had plenty of green shopping hand baskets though to use while shopping throughout the store.
The parking lot though is omg horrendous!!! Soo many Walmart shopping carts all over the place it’s hard to find a parking spot because of all those dang Walmart shopping carts! So good luck finding a spot to park your car!!!

The worse store I have been to in a very long time.
Great location, clean, very well organized BUT service is rude, discourteous, offensive. I had my own cute 2 nylon bags, they felt I should pack myself, they ring a few people after me AND did not care that I was still standing there waiting for my stuff to be packed… and when they did it was the worse packing job ever, they just threw everything in, bags were filled up quickly and they didn’t care about the rest of my stuff… I re-​packed and everything fit in, they didn’t even said sorry

This dollar tree does not have anything. The price you pay is not one dollar. They is tax included in the payment.

Dollar Tree gets four stars simply cuz one doesn’t need to go to walmart next door to get the really cheap stuff. Dollar is where «Western Appliance» was.
store is neatly compartmentalized into sections: paper, toys, eats, xmas, holdiday stuff, foods, housewares, religious, et al.
