I would like to give them 5 stars but the massage table desperately need to be replaced. They’re old and very uncomfortable on your face.

THIS IS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I’ve got knots running from my neck down to basically my lower back and thank god to Angel, she was able to pinpoint ones I didn’t even know existed. This is painful but what they say no pain no gain. So if you can’t stand pain, get over it or don’t even consider it. But if you can, this is the BEST massage ever. And you can’t beat the price!

The review is not all bad but I will not be returning or recommending this place because of my experience.
I was a walk in. The front desk person was very nice. And it was great they took me with any prior appointment. Although, I did call first to check.
My massues, Angel, was pleasant at first. I communicated to her that I only wanted shoulders, neck and arms. No full body neded. She was a bit talkative during the massage complaining about the heater and seemed rather irritated. During the massage she left the room several times without excusing herself. Unfortunately, just unprofessional demeanor.
At the end of my massage I dressed and paid.
I left an $ 8 tip… it was $ 35 for 30 minutes so I figured $ 8 was fair for a 30 minute massage. The massues scoffed and said I should find another massues!!! RUDE!!! She points to the sign that suggests a $ 10 tip for a 60 minute massage. Which is a fair tip… I generally tip more for other 60 minute massages I have had.
Maybe she needs a massage.

This is my go to place for massage. They do deep tissue work, which I prefer. The prices are good. And everyone who works there is really nice. I’ve been massaged by three therapists and have been pleased every time that’s why I keep returning!

Always pleased with Patty and her team of professionals. Angel is an excellent choice for deep tissue. Patty is exceptionally good at all modes of massage therapy; she is very attentive to detailed body work and she has good recall for past sessions and specific body ailments. Consider a 90 minute session or longer as prices are very good and I have found the attentiveness to get more specific with the longer sessions… Peace!

Always pleased by massage. I prefer Patty but all the practitioners prove to be exceptionally good. I noticed they have added online booking which makes viewing open time slots very easy. Consider Angel for the deep tissue work.

Best place to get a massage. I’ve been a few times and they have all been great but I figured out I need to know what I want. Diana is great at Swedish massage and Patty is great at deep tissue. I haven’t tried anyone else yet but I will. This place wants to keep your business so if you don’t get what you want please tell them. Also we have such a fast paced lifestyle, and they are always on time but if you have to wait a few minutes, it’s 100% worth it. Great scheduling system as well! Thanks for everything. I will be back.
I have now tried Lona and wow she’s amazing! Great pressure, very thorough, gets into all the places I needed but didn’t know I needed. Wow! Great price too.

Very basic location with bare minimum decorations and flair, but the massages are cheap. They offer deals very frequently for $ 35/​hr massage once you get on their mailing list. The masseuses also know their pressure points. I walked into the room and they immediately asked if I wanted to do something for my legs — they could see I had sore legs even before I knew myself! Good eyes. Will likely return.

Diana is amazing! I am not new to massages and have never been 100% impressed with the pressure of most deep tissue massages. Diana was able to accomplish this and sustained it throughout the entire massage.
Otherwise, the place looks a little creepy and totally not legit. But if you can get past the décor and run down rooms, you won’t be disappointed with the massage.

I’m in so much pain! Went in for an hour massage and my whole neck and back feels bruised. The lady kept digging her elbows into my back saying she’s trying to loosen the knots. No matter how many times I said it’s too painful she continued to do so and the more I asked her to lighten up, the more harder she’d press! Terrible experience, worst massage I’ve ever had.

The massage did not seem to have any professional techniques. Very little focus on muscles, knots, or pressure points. She just rubbed the oil/​lotion into my skin repeatedly.
No music, just the sound of a loud ticking clock.

Reviews have been mixed, but it think it’s about expectations. Here’s the scoop:

I would not recommend this for a spa novice or for a group of girlfriends looking for a spa experience. However, if you like a good deep tissue massage and can skip the frills, then this would work for you!

My husband and I tried this massage facility for the first time. We are so happy to find a gem! We both had a really great massage! One we havent had for a long time. We go for massages every other month or so, and had to leave our old fave due to customer service going bad. We have been everywhere in search of quality service. Haven Day did so well tonight. Asked what pressure we wanted, what part to focus on, and they have very good communication skills! This visit was a gift for us and it was an amazing one! We will be coming back as regulars. Diane and Lona really know their stuff and they work to make the clients feel good. We will refer our friends to them, definitely a Haven :) :) scheduling our next sessions soon!

The two stars aren’t necessarily about the massage itself.
The massage was a 3 star the most.
I didn’t realize how much the little things matter when it comes to getting a professional massage.
The idea is I am supposed to be relaxed and they move my body where they need to. I found myself adjusting to make myself more comfortable or to give her access to different areas to massage.
No soothing music to drown out the street noise and basically no professionalism.
Sorry but I will not be returning.

I just left this place. Got a Groupon and added an additional service. My foot reflexology just seemed like a haphazard foot massage after soaking my feet in a dingy tub of water. Nothing was intentional or repeated on the other foot. She also sat on and applied pressure to my feet with her knees. It hurt like hell. And definitely didn’t last an hour as advertised .Then my prenatal massage was ok minus the owner busting in yelling something at the masseuse while I’m laying there pregnant and naked. So uncomfortable. Very noisy which interferes with relaxation, you can hear people yapping away during your services. the cleanliness was so so but I didn’t expect the Claremont at the rates they charge. I was still nice enough to give the lady a $ 10 tip and she told me I needed to tip her $ 20. I will never go back here, ever!

Just had the best massage ever from Patty! She was able to pinpoint the exact muscles/​tendons where I was holding all of my tension in which needed to be massaged out and stretched. She focused mainly on my neck, shoulders and back. I also thought it was nice she spent some time loosening up my wrist, which has been bothering me for the past couple of weeks from writing and taking notes. I feel like the tension and pain are completely gone! She also made an effort to speak to me and get to know me during my session in order to figure out how she can help me best which made me feel more comfortable. Patty, you’re just what I needed, I will be returning regularly! Very clean, professional, experienced and friendly facility and atmosphere. The prices are great too! :-)

I sent my mom and my 82 year-​old grandmother here as a surprise birthday gift (through Spafinder).
My sister took them and got a treatment herself, I was in LA and could not make it and the owner was so accommodating by taking my Spafinder Certificate over the phone.
My mother and grandmother were in the same room and they had the time of their lives. My grandmother had never received a massage in her life. She is and has always been a very modest woman, wearing shorts to her are Capri pants to the rest of society.
Thank you for making my gift so special to all three of them! My mother said she was relaxed for days after that. Thank you!!! :)

I would not recommend this place. I too think that it is sub quality. I work in a place that has a well known spa but it is too expensive for me. I was looking for a place close to home.
One basic question before they begin should be to ask if you have any injuries. I don’t but they didn’t ask.
More importantly the therapist was way too harsh and my hip has been sore for two days now. The place isn’t professional and doesn’t seem clean. And… the therapist burped while doing my treatment. Not even worth the groupon price.

Walked in for my 3 pm appointment which was already fully paid only to be told come back after 1 hr.
Horrible way to run a business!

–Place is run down
–Massage therapist was too focused on my rear (she insist that my behind needs a lot of work because it is too firm. That’s a first for me ever)
–I feel uncomfortable with how close to «home» when she massage certain places
–Afterwards, instead of feeling relaxed I questioned if I was being molested
This place might be good for those who doesn’t mind an intimate massage. For me, I think I will pass.
