Robert is great. He calibrated my LG OLED TV. He spent a lot of time analyzing the TV’s colors and he is very personable and answered all of my questions.

Robert came to my place today to calibrate my Brand New 2016 Vizio P65-​C1 UHD TV. we had great communication prior to his arrival. Robert is very respectful and warm spirited. But beyond how awesome he is as a person, he TKO’ed the calibration!!! His equiptment is up to date, the calibration software was updated to the latest version and his knowledge of AV «stuff» is beyond expert.
This was my first calibrated TV and my first LED TV. My knowledge of calibration and how it works & what certain parameters/​factors mean WAS little to none. Robert walks you through the ENTIRE process and explains it in a way that I believe anyone could understand. I now completely understand how/​why and the WHAT calibration does/​means/​works along with its effects. This man truly knows his stuff and knows what he is doing.
If you have spent good money on a TV I would HIGHLY recommend Heron Fidelity to get the most bang for your buck when it comes to utilizing the potential of your TV. My TV was the first of its kind to be tested and calibrated at this level and the results were INCREDIBLE!!! I can’t wait to see Robert’s Review of the new 2016 P Series and the fact that it was my TV has me all smiling.

I highly recommend Heron Fidelity! Robert came out to calibrate my LG OLED 4K tv. The picture quality was good to start but after he was done it was amazing. Robert is extremely friendly, professional and thorough. He definitely knows his stuff! I would highly recommend his services if you need any help with your audio or video equipment.

I had a great session with Robert. He arrived right on time which I appreciated. He let me know he was OK with me watching over his shoulder and asking questions. I took him up on the offer and learned a lot about the process. He showed me the results and explained them well. The TV looks much better than when he started. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased an OLED TV and although it looks great out the box, I did notice issues when it came to dark scenes as well as a number of other issues when it came to the overall picture quality. Because I am a novice when it comes to this, it was a challenge to search for the issues I was having since I do not know the A/​V jargon. After searching through Google with minimal luck, I went to YouTube. After numerous videos that didn’t answer any of my questions, I found a video with Robert, from Heron Fidelity.
I then went to his webpage and started learning about video calibration. I decided to email Robert about my dark scene issue and he was more than willing to help. After 20+ emails between us, I asked Robert to come by and calibrate my OLED as well as wall mount the TV.
Robert, was not only on time, but very professional throughout the whole process. The entire job took a little more than a few hours (which he told me via email and before he started). It didn’t feel like a few hours. Robert was very kind in explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it and what the outcome will be.
I was very impressed and satisfied with the work Robert did. In fact, I am going to bring him back so he can setup the audio portion of my home theater. Again, because I am a novice, I didn’t know that the speakers and AV receiver didn’t come with wires. Robert didn’t just recommend any type of wire, but asked me questions before making a recommendation. And because of Robert’s knowledge and professionalism, he recommended a flat wire so it can go under my rug.
I highly recommend Robert for any and all video and audio needs. By the way, my dark scene issue is gone and the picture quality is unbelievable!

Robert’s calibration service is top notch, and he’s extremely knowledgable about everything home theater. He calibrated my projector a year ago and I haven’t needed to touch it since.

Heron Fidelity is awesome! Robert worked with me to schedule a time after some back and forth over email. Got a time setup, he came out and mounted as well as calibrated my new television. Robert is awesome! He helped me via email make a purchase decision months before there was any talk of hiring him. He gave me great advice and never had any issue answering my endless questions. He came to calibrate my new Vizio P-​Series this week and made the TV really give it’s best possible results. The difference pre and post calibration is amazing. Robert delivers exactly what he says he will to the highest standards. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Don’t look any further, you’ve found the AV professional you were looking for.

Robert is a really cool and down to earth guy! I’ve known him to do some YouTube videos on AV and in them he gives you some neat tips on calibrating your TV on your own. If you really want to get the best calibration though, you will need professional calibration from an expert that’s been THX and ISF certified. Turns out that Robert is an expert on both and can stop by your place to do the calibration for you! He was very helpful on explaining some concepts on video processing that I did not quite understood before and was very thorough into calibrating my Samsung TV with some nifty (and expensive) equipment. After the calibration, I already see noticeable differences of before and after and am amazed by how the colors pop out a lot more (yet retaining realness to them) and the shadow details are a lot more visible now. If you live around the bay area and is looking for some serious TV calibration to bring more life out of it, I highly recommend Robert as your go to AV expert!

used Heron Fidelity again to mount a couple flatscreens on the wall now that the little one likes to slap flatscreens. Again on time… attention to detail is amazing.

Arrived on time, professional and my 3 month old crying baby or my barking dog did not distract him. Robert mounted my 55 inch Samsung TV over my fireplace… also adjusted the picture quality for me, which was appreciated. He did a great job and is highly recommended. I will definitely call again to set up my receiver/​home theatre when I get some new speakers. Great job! …highly recommended!

Heron Fidelity has helped me twice in the past setup, tweak and ultimately make my new TVs the best they could be. Robert helped fine tune color levels, white levels, backlight levels, etc to ensure my picture was the best it could be. He also helped me choose the best TV for the money & taught me that more money doesn’t necessarily mean a better TV.
The next time I need help with a TV, home audio, etc I will definitely give Heron Fidelity more business. Recommended!
