Ordered bedroom set and couches here… took forever even though tom guaranteed 2 weeks. The delivery guy used a black sharpie to color in a huge scratch. These guys lie through their teeth. Absolutely disappointed with this establishment.

Stay away from this store. My wife Sat on a couch at the store and then was told to order out of the catalog. When we went to pick up the couch it wasn’t the couch we odered. Even the wrong color. When we told them we didn’t want them the said this is a special order and there is no refund.
We wound up taking the couches because we already sold the couches we had and we had a function that week. After the function we again tried to go back and return the couches. Tom said there was nothing he could do. I told him, you need to make this right, and again he said there was nothing he could do. BAD BUSSINESS. And they kept insisting on cash. Give cash and will give you a discount Tom said. Basicly just liners and crooks

I was so disappointed with my experience here. We bought some furniture, they ordered it, and it took forever to arrive. When it did, it wasn’t what we expected, and they wouldn’t take it back.
They only accept returns if you bought something they have on the floor. If you buy anything they show you in the catalog, it is considered «special order» and they will not accept return or exchange. It is not well communicated that the catalogs are considered special order, not just an extension of the showroom.
We were under the impression that it was just not something they had right on hand, not that all the goodies in the catalogs you can pick from are actually special orders that you are committing to sight unseen.

Be careful ordering from this company. Ordered from a supplier of Homelegance furniture on 7÷1÷13 with an estimated ship date of the end of July. I’ve now been told that my order (couch, loveseat & chair) may ship out on 10÷31÷13. That’s a total of 4 months and still may not get my order shipped out at that time. STAY AWAY unless you don’t care when you get your furniture and they have your $$$.

Tom really helped us out. I needed bunk beds and a night/​tv stand for the kiddos. I am so happy we stumbled upon this place. The inside is really clean and displays are so nice. Its a no pressure environment, there aren’t commission hungry salesmen chasing after you…
I told Tom what we needed along with our budget and he nailed it.
I will come back and give the 5 stars they deserve once I get the delivery on Friday.
If all is well like I expect, def coming back here for the other items I need to finish up my home. =D

Decently sized showroom. Adequate décor for a discount furniture store. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy strip mall parking. Free delivery if you are local, $ 25 to pick up your old stuff.

I can honestly give this furniture 5 stars. A month ago my nephew bought his 1^st house with his lovely wife and Super Serg had to step in. I purchased a living room set that includes the 2 sofa’s and 2 end tables along with the a nice coffee table.
I received Such great service that I came back and purchased 2 mattresses for my own house. If you have love for Super Serg then he has love for you.
My nephew so deserved this gift. He graduated from College, moved to Denver to start working there and found his true love. My accountant babysits her daughter a few times a week for very short hours so we thought he can a Super Serg gift.
As you walk into the showroom you see the large warehouse with a huge selection of furniture that I said to myself «I should refurnish my house but that will come with time. The service is excellent and there is competition so they try hard to bargain in case they sense you wanting to leave.
We were helped by Andrew and I can honestly say that he was super friendly and will give you his honest opinion to help you find what you need.
Super Serg will be back here very very soon!!!
