She arrived a half hour late and then told me to wait in my car while she went to the beauty supply. I waited another half hour. She did a curl which came out ok. She also colored my hair to cover gray. The color came out two toned. She ruined a sweater I had on by getting color all over the collar. I called her to discuss the damage but she never returned my call.

Long time client here…
I must say that this shop is super sweet, small, laid back and down to earth. I love Lu, I only get flat irons and a color wash sometimes, but I leave super happy every time. Luzinda cares a lot about your hair health, she does not damage the hair, she really keeps your hair healthy and happy. I don’t believe Luzinda does weaves or sew in’s but Vanessa, another stylist, does do them I believe.
There are also new client deals that the shop offers so definitely call and check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

I LOVE Luzinda’s Hair Design! Although I am not one of Luzinda’s clients, I still go to her hair shop because my hair dresser, Vanessa, works out of her shop! Vanessa has been doing my hair since I was 12 (11 years now) and I couldn’t imagine letting anyone else do it! (Well actually, I’d go to Luzinda if anything happens to Vanessa)! I highly recommend this shop. Everyone is always so friendly and I have a good time. Luzinda and Vanessa are both great at what they do and they definitely have loyal clients who have been with them for years!

I have been coming to Luzinda’s Hair Design for over 10 years.
From the Halle Berry look, fresh out of braids and now a press, Luzinda has taken care of my hair and has hair growing hands.
If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and get your hair loved, this is the place.
There is also a young lady that that does weaves.
I highly recommend Luzinda’s Hair Design!!!
