I had a poor experience doing business with SignWorks, Inc. At the end of the day, we were not satisfied with the finished product and had to hire another vendor to redo the work. My company name changed and the goal was to change the logo on the work truck. The previous logo looked professional like the ones on the SignWorks website. The letters of the logo were installed directly onto the door of the truck. I provided a photo of the truck on the first correspondence, showing the logo. SignWorks removed the old logo and installed the new logo with the lettering on a square white backing. The white color of the backing does not match the off-white color of the truck, and it looks like a cheap stick-on magnet. It also appears crooked, which I verified by measurements. I attempted to resolve the issue by calling the installer to get his point of view, and see if there was a solution we could work out. I left two polite voicemails and did not receive a return call. After waiting a week since the first attempt, I called the job coordinator. She seemed defensive and offered no solution. There were minor problems with the budget and the project timeline, but those would have been forgotten if we would have received a high quality finished product. There seemed to be a disconnect between the coordinator and the installer, Regardless it was not a good decision to hire SignWorks.

My husband is a general contractor and decided to have his vehicle wrapped to promote his company. Cheryl and Damon at SignWorks did such an incredible job!!! There were no air bubbles in between the truck and the graphics, and the turnaround time was excellent! The price was so reasonable that I had enough cash left over to purchase magnets for our business that I can put on my car whenever I’m so inclined. Thanks for the friendly, professional and talented work you did for us, SignWorks.
