Quiet apartment. Close to everything, bart and Bay Fair mall. Right off 14th st where there are good spots for restaurants. Walgreens is walking distance away. There is also a small park across the street

The apartments look nice inside, but visit here a few times and you will see it’s not all nice. A lot of maintenance problems, condom wrapper in the stair ways, graffiti on the elevators, people loitering on the property who don’t live there. Such a turn off I didn’t return my application to rent this place. Oh yeah and I found out from one of the tenants their on the 3rd property manager, the original one stole tenant money, the second one he didn’t want the job, the current one she’s still there but shouldn’t be she has lots of complaints and it’s just time for her to retire. Good luck if you rent this place.
