Starbucks

The location is convenient. The music is so loud. Maybe they do that on purpose so people don stay there for so long doing their own businesses. It is not fancy at all and we still have to pay the same price compared to the other Starbucks.

Unknowledgeable… No customer service… This isn’t the first we have been treated bad
The music is extremely loud. Order taker has to ask more than once because she can’t here me.
Couldn’t honor the buy three get one free because order had been closed out.

My usual order is a iced soy latte, add chai; I order this at every Starbucks I go to and they have no problem with the order. The cashier, Wendy, at this Starbucks rudely argued with me that I’m suppose to order a chai latte and add three shots of espresso but I explained that that makes me drink more expensive. She responded, again, rudely, that this was the only time she would allow for it. Um, it was a Starbucks employee at my regular Starbucks that suggested how I should order my dirty chai in the first place. I’m at a Starbucks nearly everyday. They seem busy enough at this location so I guess they don’t need my business.

This is by far the busiest Starbucks which is why it’s prob the worst Starbucks. This place is flooded with people, especially after 4, most of them are students who come here to study. The amount of tables are so limited, so it’s first come first serve. Most people come to this location due to the fact that it’s open late so they can study without having to find another spot to relocate to. There’s so many people plugged into the outlets that the high amounts of electricity usage causes the lights to dim in and out. The amount of people at this Starbucks location at a time is ridiculous. It’s prob one of the messiest locations as well, the bathroom is disgusting and the store itself has a very strong urine odor.

Overall it’s a pretty nice Starbucks, not so big not so small.
Came in late night which is the nice part is that they’re open till 1230am & weekends till 1am.
Ordered a white chocolate mocha with NO foam & got it just as I requested.
The place needs to be cleaned up a bit but other than that it’s okay & customer service has been good so far

This used to be the 24 hr Starbucks. It recently went through a remodel that added more contemporary decoration and got rid of the comfortable seating. Today as I walk in ⁴⁄₃₀ 6pm I notice its nearly at capacity and the mens restroom is out of order. No problem there though… these days — especially after Targets most recent bathroom policy — bathrooms are a free for all.

My main complaint has to do with their mobile pick up. I have ordered here s few times before going to work, I use mobile so I can just pick up and go. The last 3 times I came here they have got my order wrong. First off, each time I go they forget something a drink, my oatmeal, my sandwich. Then they do no get my requests right. I have dietary needs and I do not want sweeteners in my drink, each time my drinks have had sweeteners. I can send it back because I just pick up and go and only find out later at work.
On top of all that, they never have sleeves or stoppers on drinks so who Evers picking up we all have to fight to get our drinks. Do better Starbucks!

So after I studied at the Starbucks on BayFair Plaza, I ended up here to finish studying. Thank you for the longer hrs! However, it smelled so much like weed, the barista looked sooooo high and was a little slooow, she kept talking to this boys by the wall, hollering to other kids around there as if she knew them, being loud with them, the line kept getting bigger and they were taking their time to prepare the drinks and to attend to customers, the bathroom was hideous! They would leave both doors open and kids would be smoking right outside leaning against the wall. I’m asthmatic, a Chronic Asthmatic. Kids were at the parking lot smoking their joints. This is such a bad Starbucks environment that I wanted to give it no stars. Someone needs to put a stop to this.

Overall very nice Starbucks.
Went in after a late day needed to refresh my energy.
Ordered a latte.
Came out pretty fast no foam as I requested
I notified the employees that there were no paper in the batheroom. Surely someone helped out right away.
Pretty satisfied with my experience.
Plus it’s very close to my house which makes it really convenient.

Slowest, rudest, most inattentive Starbucks ever. Avoid this location. The DM needs to get on their game and crack the whip on this store

Used the app to order online. Show up 10 min later and it’s not ready according to the barista. Then apparently it was but was just chillin on some side table. Then the drink was wrong… won’t be doing that again

Came to this Starbucks this morning after a late night last night and needing to work today.
Ordered a Venti Java Chip. Wasn’t much ice in the drink as it was all liquid. Normally I wouldn’t mind but at least put some in it. The ice will slow you down while drinking it. With no ice it’s a few good size sips and the drink is gone.
Normally this place isn’t the cleanest but today wasn’t bad.
Sometimes you will get harassed by one of the 6 homeless people that work the corner there and hang out by Starbucks.

I want to thank Starbucks Corporation they made it right. They advised me the complaint is going to be sent to the manager of the store, they apologized on behalf of the store and they mailed me a gift card for my next visit. Thank you Starbucks corporation!

This Starbucks is trash… why in the hell can I not get a refill in my berry hibiscus? I’ve done it in other Starbucks… why is this one different? Not to mention I am a gold member however I don’t even abuse the free refill I’ve probably used it twice since I became green level so
It’s not like I use it all the time. I understand that the girl was just abiding by store policy but seriously. Whoever is management at his store needs to get fired… this was my first and last time coming to this Starbucks not to mention the table where they placed the completed orders was filthy… ill just stick to my regular Starbucks I visit from

This place is WAY TOO LOUD. I came here to do some homework while I was getting my tires changed at Wheel Works since it was just right across the street.
The day that I went, the men’s bathroom was out of order. Since everyone was using the women’s one, it was SO DIRTY and the floor was so wet! So gross…
Pro? Their business hours! They open later than most Starbucks.

The place is nice. The big windows overseeing a busy corner between the city and the Berkeley campus gave it a very open space feeling. I came here to wait for a friend and decided to get a cake pop so I have something to chew on. The cashier had a foot up her ass and got unexpectedly stern towards me just because I thought it was my turn and didn’t see the old lady in front of me. Seemed like the two of them were friends and they took their time conversing and gossiping. I rolled my eyes and waited for a good 5 minutes that felt like forever. Finally it was my turn and as I walked up the old lady continued to keep talking. Geez, can’t you just wait until she finished her shift? Anyway, the cashier was neutral when she cashed me out but never bothered to apologize or excuse her rude ass. So there you go. Another tale of shitty service.

Terrible customer service.

Only writing this review to warn people. WATCH YOUR SURROUNDINGS. came here this morning (6 – 7) and while waiting for my drink my boyfriend and I noticed a older man taking pictures of a women’s back side while she waited for her drink. He was zooming in and taking multiple angles of wherever she was going. He sets his table as tho he is waiting for someone to meet him and has two drinks at the table. He wears a baseball hat to cover his face and has an iPhone. White male say 50’s. I walked over to the women and discretely told her what was going on. and as soon as he noticed what I was doing he grabbed his stuff so fast and practically ran out of the place before my bf cut him off and told him he needs to delete the pictures and get out of there. This guy knew what he was doing and I’m sure isn’t stopping here. So just an FYI to females alone in the area keep an eye out.
The 5 stars for the service and quickness. Didn’t want to ding the rating for the creep!

This location is newly reconfigured with the bathrooms closer to the parking lot exit. The space isn’t open before, but neither my husband or I can remember or compare if they added or subtracted the overall total capacity… Either way, the décor is updated with maybe a better flow of the space.
This spot is still my and my husband’s favorite location as we’ve been coming here for years. Sometimes the coffee tastes burnt (but I think that’s an overall Starbucks thing and not just this particular business) but on occasion they turn out ok. On evenings the place fills up quickly as it has done so in the past with students, people hanging out, and the graveyard shift folks getting their coffee before shift.

For such a notorious corporation like Starbucks, this location is one in a million!
They’re opened almost 24 hours of the day, which is great for students! Only closed from 1 – 3:30 am. I’m pretty sure the purpose is to allow you to go home and freshen up from all the studying. Haha no one wants to take a whiff of your body odor.
There’s a long bench lined against the wall with small circular tables, so seating is optimized. And even better! There are plenty of electrical outlets along the base of the bench. Wifi isn’t high speed as expected, but I can’t complain with the amount of people sharing it. No password needed.
Good news and bad news when it comes to the staff.
Bad news: they’re not the most efficient on weekends when no one is rushing to work. While the first of three employees was prepping a drink for the previous customer, the next two employees were too busy on their phones to notice the only customer left in line. Hahaha.
The good news: There is no time limit when studying here. The staff is very lenient. After one purchase, 4.5 hours later, and tossing my empty cup, I was never suggested to leave or purchase a second item.
The parking lot directly in front of Starbucks fills up quickly, but it’s located in a small plaza so parking shouldn’t be a problem.
Female bathroom code: 11 223. (In case the staff is working too hard or hardly working. Hahaha.)
Not sure if they stop serving toasted food until a certain time of day. Will update once I find out! I’ll be back for my cramming sessions.
