Tha Chop Shop

I thought I’d give this place another chance after my other barber was not available at my usual place. The customer service STILL has not changed. They still take their friends over new customers willing to pay money. No point ever coming back.

Best Barbershop in the are in my opinion. They take a while (It usually takes about 45 minutes to get my hair cut there) but that’s honestly because they pay attention to a lot of detail, I’ve had barbers here go through my whole line up with a straight edge razor. Always get compliments on my hair when I get it cut here.

Customer service SUCKS! As another person said, they completely ignore you when you walk in. If you’re not a friend of theirs, they won’t even bother serving you until everyone else is gone. It’s a pity because they’re good at what they do, but their attitude sucks. When I went, all but one of the barbers suddenly left and went out back for about 10 minutes to smoke weed or do something fishy. I got up and left. I don’t have time for this high school behavior.

Great place to go! I am always receiving compliments on my hair cut. I have been in there where some (female) clients are not sure what type of a hair cut they would like. And after seeing my hair cut and still having a look that’s not to intimidating, the cut has become very popular for the female clients. Thanks to Tha Chop Shop!

I definitely recommend this place, ive only been twice but they are always courteous and respectful and my 5 year old son absolutely loved his haircut each time, very reasonable prices and his barber today was so gentle my son actually fell asleep :) when he woke up he was super excited to see his new haircut

I was referred here by the owners cousin.
I was acknowledged and greeted right when I hit the door, a plus in my book. (A simple part of customer service neglected by other shops I have walked right out of…)
I didn’t have to wait long on the Wednesday I went in. I was taken into one of the many barber’s chairs to get a low bald fade with a clean line.
As I chopped it up with the other barbers, I watched their Direct TV and admired the graffiti on one of the main walls.
It’s the type of experience you expect when you go to a barbershop for the first time and on repeat visits.
Overall good cuts, friendly barbers, and laid back atmosphere.
Parking lot in back and plenty of street parking.
Specials: $ 10 Tues. and Weds.
Sidebar: There’s a bar next door, maybe I’ll get clean cut fade close to closing time and grab a drink at Club Zamora next door.
