Frank Cullen is an excellent contractor. He has done several projects for our organization over the years. He and his crew have an excellent work ethic and they go the extra mile to insure quality and satisfaction. We always think of Frank first if we have any construction needs, because we know the job will be done right and at the price he quoted. You cannot go wrong with Cullen Construction. We are very satisfied customers.

Cullen Construction is building a house for us right now, and so far the company is fantastic to work with. Frank Cullen has great communication skills in the planning process and excellent taste in selecting materials and developing the details of the design (a passive solar house by San Luis Sustainability Group). He takes pride in good work, and has always been organized and on top of things. Besides his creativity and precision, his most valuable quality may be that he’s straightforward in budgeting and dealing with the inevitable bumps in the road. I find the company totally reliable. Their sub-​contractors have likewise been great craftsmen and a pleasure to deal with. I’ve worked with several contractors, so I know it’s not always like this.
