Working with Hal’s team, Lindsey in particular, was and has been wonderful. I was the first to purchase a home, from there my brother and sister-​in-​law have used Lindsey for their purchase and she’s been referred to friends and family ever since.

I cannot say enough great things about Hal Sweasey and his team (Mel & Maura) at Del Oro Realty. What a wonderful group of people!
Initially, I was talking with other realtor who stated the property was worth significantly less than the final selling price without $ 40 000 of repairs and improvements. At the suggestion of others, I contacted Hal Sweasey. He toured the property and gave me his assessment. What a difference. Hal was professional and very knowledgable about the market and handling trust properties. He talked me through how he saw the property, how a buyer would see the property, how the selling price would be determined and what work needed to be done to get the property ready.
From this first meeting to the final details, Hal and team exceeded my expectations. They walked me through the process with minimal stress, answering all my questions and concerns promptly. They showed both patience and caring during this difficult time. One of the most unprofessional real estate groups I have every worked with. They have multiple people working on transactions, so there is no relationship building and perpetuates mis-​communication. Paperwork is full of mistakes. After bringing errors to their attention, it took several attempts before they got it right. Not what you want in an agency where details are critical.
