Had given up hope of getting my phone free of a password(I know everybody wants a password, I didn’t) I had spent time at another store, had called my company IT provider… no help! I just happened to walk past the downtown Phone and Wireless and Brittany solved my problem in less than 5 minutes! hallelujah! Thank you Phone and Wireless. I am so so happy. Great and smart customer service.

I made the biggest mistake walking into this store. I moved back to the US and was looking at which wireless company to go with, comparing prices and options. My family and I had been using boost mobile for a brief time while deciding which bigger mobile company to choose. We walked into this Verizon dealer to talk to someone about what packages were available. As we walked in, the store was empty aside from 2 employees. One was behind the counter and the other setting up a display. No one welcomed us in. We walked up to the counter and the employee looked mildly annoyed that we were disturbing him. I started by telling him why we were there and explained that in our current package we have unlimited data, and text with 1200 minutes a month for $ 30. Even before could take a breath, the employee responded«Then why are you here.» WHAT??? What horrible cusotmer service. I’m here to listen to your sarcatic mouth! For real??? I politely excused our fmioly and let them know that we would be going with AT&T. I don’t care if Verizon offered free switching and paid my bill for a year. I wouldn’t switch to verizon ever if this is what their customer service is like.
