About six months ago, I woke up to find our pine trees looking kind of yellow. Found Jeremy on the internet and he agreed to come over and diagnose. Knowing nothing about trees, I had assumed that they were likely infested with something and they would have to be treated. Jeremy got right on the job, coming over to check out the trees. He reassured me that there was no insect problem, so the trees did not have to be treated, but we did need to give them some nutrients and to frequently soak them at the base to compensate for the dry year. The trees flourished and returned to green quite quickly. About three weeks ago, we asked Jeremy to come by and look at the trees with a view to pruning. We were a little reluctant to prune them at all because they provide cover from the street and the branches themselves are very interesting and twisted, but inspired by a note from the County regarding adherence to the set backs on the street, we went ahead. Jeremy and his associate worked tirelessly for 7 hours, pruning the trees. I was quite prepared to be horrified when I walked out muttering a «they’ll grow back» mantra to myself — but Jeremy did a great job and the trees look more defined and beautiful than ever! He was complimented on his work by every single passer by and I’m sure he’ll be back on our street working on their trees in the coming weeks! He and his associate were responsive, courteous and professional and left my driveway spotless. They also completed the work substantially cheaper than their estimate. we couldn’t have been more pleased with his work and service.
