Don’t buy your new IPhone here! What they didn’t tell me when I bought the new IPhone 6s was that it would take between 4 – 7 hours to download my old phones information to the new phone. All the other times it was 10 – 15 minutes, including the last phone I bought from this same company. They said it was because of all the electronics in the store. I told them they needed to upgrade. They said I could take my new phone which had been downloading an hour(cause I went to run errands) but that none of my contacts would be on it. I could then come back tomorrow and start again or leave both phones there over night and it would be ready tomorrow. Guess they forgot to tell me this WHEN I BOUGHTTHENEWPHONE. AT&T should check on the stores that sell their product as this is not a selling point. POOR customer service. You have lost my business.

Worst AT&T store EVER! Do not do business with these guys. They are not educated on their products. The management is awful! And their employees(Craig) lied to get his commissions quicker. Once I confronted the manager he said sorry, I’ve made my purchase and he can’t change anything. The real AT&T store off Barnes(by Target right beside Sportclips) is really good. They credited me $ 50 for Craigs lies and the managers mistakes.

I went here with my boyfriend who is looking to cash in on his 2 year upgrade. I personally don’t know anything about phones and am completely content with my Samsung Solstice, my boyfriend on the other hand seems to speak a completely different language when he enters AT&T. The guy who helped us(I wish I could remember his name!) was so awesome. He was an older gentleman(early to mid 50’s?) who was actually honest about the quality of the phones and what not. I found that honesty very refreshing coming from a sales person; he even said he would recommend my boyfriend wait until June/July until the latest generation iphone came out… when is the last time you ever heard an AT&T sales person tell you to wait to buy something so you don’t miss out on a better deal/prices dropping? All in all, I was completely satisfied with this trip. Granted, the technology chit-chat between those two did get a bit boring after a while, but I occupied myself by checking my facebook on the variety of smart phones they had on display :)
