OUTOFBUSINESS. We used to go here a lot because I really liked their yogurt and my husband could get sorbet(lactose-intolerant). But when we stopped by last night, it was super dark inside, the sign was gone and there was a note on the door that said they closed the place. Boo hoo!

Disappointed that they don’t carry tart anymore. That’s the only flavor I like due to it going great with fruit. They also didn’t have the flavored bubble/ball things. Those are a must at any froyo place. Going to orange leaf next time.

Ok so I am used to my Tutti Frutti in Austin that has soy based yogurt. so hence the three stars. As far as a quick fix, its not bad. I would think they could have better toppings. Yes I said it! But if your vegan, gluten free. then I cant have anything but fruit(if I wanted that. I wouldn’t of gotten yogurt. or sorbet) and these lil chopped up peanuts. My husband was happier then I, because he can at least have oreos. But anywho. for a quick fix it wasn’t bad and if nothing else is open, then its not a bad option. So for dairy lovers. its a great option, for us lactose no goers, its decent in a pintch!

First off… the yogurt itself is SUPERIOR… great texture, great flavors, great variety. So right off the bat, the thing you go to CRAZYGOOD is actually CRAZYGOOD! But the whole feel of the place matches that same level of quality… it’s clean, the people are nice and helpful and funny. You never feel like you’re overstaying your welcome, or that your kids are bothering them or you’re taking too long to make up your mind. It really is CRAZYGOOD!

In my opinion, this is the best frozen yogurt place in town. At some yogurt shops, the quality of the yogurt itself isn’t that great. It’s almost as if you can taste the mix it came from. I always get the tart yogurt at any place I go, and Crazy Good has the best tart flavor so far. They have a huge selection of toppings, some I don’t have see because I’m so overwhelmed! The price isn’t bad, about the same as anywhere else. I paid about $ 5 last time I went. The way it’s decorated inside is nice, lots of bright colors and modern looking on the inside. The best yogurt shop in San Marcos!

I bought the yogurt, then I eated the yogurt. It was cold, it was bold, but I’m old, or so I’ve been told. Yogurt! Go-gurt! Which is still just Yogurt! Their is a sense of community(italics) here. A community of sugar, dairy products, and other things. The other things may or may not include: Chairs Spoons Cash Registers People Tile Lights Toppings Clowns Pancakes Newts Clothing Satisfactory remarks. I was visiting San Marcos and saw this cute little shop and couldn’t resist trying it. The atmosphere was fun and the yogurt was delicious!!! I sampled almost all the flavors which were fantastic but my favorite is the original tart… so yummy! They have a wide variety of toppings too which just adds to the delight. I can’t wait to go back!

Crazy Good Frozen Yogurt is probably my favorite new establishment in San Marcos so far. It’s a shame that so few of my friends know about it, but after my experiences there, I doubt it will stay that way for long. It’s self-serve, and your bill is calculated by weight, so be conservative when adding all that yogurt to the tubs. The process is pretty cool and easy for newcomers to figure out: select a flavor(or mix and match) and fill up your tub, add sprinkles and other goodies like cookie dough(probably 2 dozen options total), and weigh! It usually costs around 9 dollars for both my girlfriend and I to have a generous portion of yogurt with goodies on top(that’s half of what it cost us to eat the same portion at Marble Slab). One of the coolest parts of this sweet-shop is the fact that they change their flavors almost every time I’m there. Vanilla and chocolate are the usual regulars, but there is always a rotation of weird and fun flavors. Today they had«watermelon sorbet», weird right? They also let you taste anything you want before you commit to it. This way you are assured you will enjoy your selection. Seriously, grab a few dollars and go give it a try. It’s no replacement for ice-cream. But it’s a healthier and tasty summer treat that’s sure to please. I love this business and will continue to be a repeat customer.

Crazy Good Yogurt definitely stands by its name sake! The yogurt is TOTALLYCRAZYGOOD! They usually have about 8 – 10 different delectable flavors to chose from(from chocolate to peanut butter to the original tangy fat-free yogurts). After you select your yogurt you select your toppings. BECAREFUL – many a newbie to «self serve» yogurt shops have been dismayed at how expensive their creation is because they didn’t realize you’re PAYINGBYTHEOUNCE. This isn’t a bad thing, just top your yogurt wisely ;) Crazy Good charges 38 cents an ounce, I believe. My normal cup is usually around $ 3.75−4.50 give them a try!

you get the topings you want and the frozen yogurt you want all for .39 cents an ounce. I get allergies from ice cream but the reaction I get from crazy good yogurt is a happy tummy!

In this day and age where everyone is trying to eat healthy, yogurt seems to be a good alternative to the Ben and Jerry’s you can get at HEB. Frozen Yogurt is not anything new. I have seen a few Yogurt shops open up where Coldstone’s used to be. This place is just like a Yogo Bowl. It is almost like its the same concept with a different name. There are self serve machines for you to fill up your bowl full up low fat creamy goodness. Go ahead, fill it to the rim. It is low fat. They had cake batter, which is my favorite. Keep in mind, they do charge by the ounce, so you might skip on the extra toppings. My biggest complaint about self serve yogurt places is the cups are entirely too large. I used to joke when I went into the Coldstone and would order, «Yes, I would like the I am a fat ass size.» There are too sizes, big and bigger. I brought my 4 year old with me. He does not need a big monster cup. The boy would be fine with a smaller cup. They want to fill the sucker to the rim. It was $ 10 for 2 adults and my 4 year old’s yogurt. I would easily spend that as Baskin Robbins. The décor is funky and bright. This is a college town. I did get some clueless girl who could not get off her cell phone long enough to pay for her yogurt and was holing up the line. It is not the fault of Crazy Good. The folks working there were nice. I was quickly rang up and we finished our yogurt at one of the tables. I am glad to see there is a yogurt place in San Marcos. I do not have to go to Austin to get it now. I say give this place a try. I am sure they will have a flavor you will like.

Crazy Good Yogurt is the cool off hot spot that San Marcos needs. The wide variety of flavors along with the endless toppings makes for a great snack in between classes or a special end to a nice date. My personal favorites are Pink Lemonade and Berry Sorbet!
