I rode this party bus to a boat party for my 22nd birthday. There was no air condition until we started driving and the bus had to be at least 15 years old. After the party everyone loaded back on the bus and the drive was going ok, the bus wasn’t as hot anymore since the sun had gone down. Since we had gone to Lake Travis for the boat party we were in the middle of the hill country and our bus got stuck… It literally couldn’t drive up the hill. All of the guys had to get out the bus to make it lighter so it could get up the hill. After we FINALLY made it up the hill the bus stopped again and the guys had to get out and help push the bus up the hill again! The driver didn’t even try to call for a new bus to switch off with. By this time I was really fed up and just wanted to get home. All in all Five Star needs new buses I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else.

I have used these guys multiple times and they have been great! The drivers area always super nice and on time. The buses are super clean with a great sound system. Lastly, they are super easy to work with and I can’t wait to use them for future events.
