Wow is all I can say. In August 2015 I went in to get a new battery in my watch. I don’t think was there more than 5 minutes. They were so pleasant and so efficient. Today I returned because yesterday for some reason, my watch just stopped. I took it in and the jeweler told me there was still half life left in the battery, but he was going to replace it. He then cleaned the contact points and put in a new battery. And he said, «no charge.» I was flabbergasted and offered to pay him, but he refused. What a wonderful customer service experience.

We just picked up my girlfriends ring today that she inherited from her Grandmother, All the prongs were loose and needed to be rebuilt, Joe nailed it. I am amazed at the craftsmanship he has. The ring looks absolutely amazing. I will recommend Levante Jewelers to anyone that needs a Jeweler they can trust with craftsmanship that I feel is second to none.

I just had 2 rings resized here & I’m extremely satisfied with the outcome. I was nervous about the ring that is going to be my wedding band because of the way it was sitting with my engagement ring. The jeweler took time to discuss with me the options I had and the best course of action. It turned out great! Wonderful service as well.

I came in to Levante Jewelers to get my sterling silver ring resized. He was originally going to charge me $ 40 to add silver to make my ring bigger, but he insisted that he would just heat & roll the silver to have it sized at half of the cost. The owner is very honest, and very kind to listening to my needs. Once I came back the next day to pick up the ring, it looks as if it was brand new. They even cleaned it for me prior to me picking it up. Definitely coming back for my jewelery needs!

This FINE JEWELRY ESTABLISHMENT is run by a husband and wife team. You will never find a more sincere and honest place of business ANYWHERE! Joe has UNBELIEVABLE CRAFTSMANSHIP SKILLS and has even helped me design some of my own pieces (which he then built). This is a strange world at times and it is hard to trust anyone but YOU CAN TRUST THEM. I am a nurse and I have sent all my friends & patients there. They make you feel like you are a family member and that means a lot in a business where trust is everything! You will not be sorry for giving them a try… and wait until you see his diverse jewelry collection. WOW!!!

I came here for a battery replacement in one of my watches that I couldn’t get open. They only charged $ 7 for everything. It also only took them five minutes. Fast, cheap, and they were nice. I will be back again.

Great customer service! The turn-​around time is quick and the cost of repairs is more than affordable. I’ve had my watch repaired and my wedding set Rhodium plated and they turned out beautiful. I will be a long time customer!

I just had my ring re-​sized here. They did an exceptional job quickly and for a great price. This is the second time I’ve had this ring re-​sized, and Levante did a MUCH better job than Zales and for cheaper. They did a quick one day turnaround and polished it up real pretty too :)
