We’ve had our company T-shirts done a few times. They offer a variety of shirts/polos/long sleeve shirts, which we like. The quality is good. The shirts look great and always done in a timely manner. Thanks Prographics!

The only reason they are receiving one star is i could leave no star! Our company okay-ed an order to be processed and not once was ever contacted us any further on the order. Approximately a year later we receive a call asking for payment. How can you ask for payment for something that you still have and I never seen or received. As of this time no one has ever said«your product is ready» all they want is payment.

Prographics is the company I choose after many vendors in the past have disappointed me. I started my business here about 5 years ago and trying to find a company to supply and embroidering uniforms was very challenging. All I wanted was good service and a fair price. I have been dealing with Prographics for a couple of years now. I am more than satisfied with the company. Tom Sears Garage Doors

I have been using Prographics for nearly 10 years and the level of service is always excellent. They treat you like family and working with them feels very professional, yet extremely friendly. I have used other companies in the past as well and the quality doesn’t ever come close to the quality that Prographics provides.

My usual printer was busy so I gave Prographics a try. I’m not sure what was worse: the dull spotty printing, the crooked embroidery, or the unprofessional behavior. When I complained about the poor work, I was yelled at by a man named Bruce(the owner or manager?). Bruce agreed to take the bad merchandise back, but then made excuses and went back on his word saying he didn’t care if I was happy or not. These people do bad work, don’t care about making their customers happy, and will flat out lie to your face. Stay clear or be sorry.

I don’t know that Ive ever written a 1 star review… but here it is. Prographics in San Marcos is a company I will never attempt to do business with again. I called on Tuesday, spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Barbara regarding a quote for Name Badges and T-shirts. As we spoke I emailed her the logo I needed. Something in her voice made me wonder if she was even taking notes of what I was inquiring about, but I pushed that thought aside. She explained she was on her way out somewhere but would have me a quote by the next morning. Fast forward to Friday… still nothing from Prographics or Barbara. So I emailed her asking for either the quote or word that they could not provide one. I get the following email from Gary, the General Manager… «Barbara is out of the office today, I would be happy to help you. Would you please send me the art and a description of what you are looking and how many and I will get right back to you. Thanks» I responded with the following… Hello Gary, thank you for your email. However, I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Barbara going over everything for a name badge order and tshirt order. To go over it again, now with you, is frankly a waste of my time. There are other companies that will benefit from my business. I won’t look to use Prographics again. No response… So, needless to say, their customer service is seriously lacking. Apparently Prographics is not in need of new business.

Gary & the Prografx crew always offer great customer service. Any problem i’ve come across, they fix instantly. Wish we could have went with Prographics since day 1. Oh and their turnaround time is very quick. Thanks guys, keep it up.

Ay, yay, yay. This is my very first ONE star. I do feel bad about it since the rating isn’t even based on the overall product or performance of the screen printing company. Its really a basis of the customer service which was actually non-existant. I was told to send my design files via email by a young lady. She told me she would get back to me with a quote after explaining to her what exactly I was looking for. Not quite sure if this young lady just assumed that I wasn’t willing to pay the price or what but she never did respond. I emailed and still no response. Nothing more irritating then being ignored and feeling like your business isn’t welcome.
