I would not pay in full until you know for certain your kid wants to play all year. I made the mistake of doing so. Kevin McCloskey is the CEO of the organization. We repeated try to contact him to give notice that our son no longer enjoyed soccer. It took us a month to get a hold of him. We emailed the our Coach Jose on July 1, July 5, June 16, June 22, July 24, July 15, July 22(he was trying to help us engage CEO Kevin for a partial refund). We received an email on July 24th that there will be no refund(the season had not started) Never heard from Kevin(even though Kevin said he will call to discuss). We asked if we can have a conversation(hoping for a credit or partial refund as we hope to re-engage our son back into soccer). Despite an email that he would call us but he never followed through I emailed him on 7/24, 7/31, and 8⁄17. Disappointed in failing to communicate, unresponsiveness to many email efforts, and lack of willingness to work with us. It’s our first time in club soccer and he left me with a bad experience. I would have accepted no refunds but how about a credit when your child is ready.
