Yeah, thanks for closing early Tuesday night and then the next morning have all your trees gone… you couldn’t have had the decency to sell us one dam tree if you KNEW that you were cleaning out your lot the next morning? We were travelling and just got back into town and were trying our best to get a tree before Xmas. So much for Xmas spirit from these guys.
Will NEVER give them business NOR would we ever recommend. What can you expect from «customer service» people with tattoed necks and stuff. Yuck.

I’m actually reviewing the Delancy Street Christmas tree lot in San Mateo, CA, on El Camino Real. They are the all-out friendliest group of tree salespeople around. Great attitude, very helpful, even give out candy canes. They have the lowest prices on trees. I’ve purchased 3 trees from them this week for myself and family members, and they remembered me, tied the tree on the car roof for me. It was such a huge PLEASURE to buy a tree from someone that really got the meaning of Christmas… kindness and joy. Extremely high recommendations for this San Mateo location!

I am so excited Delancey is selling Christmas trees here this year! Beautiful trees and wonderful service! Everyone was boasting a great smile, super friendly, and happy to help even in the cold weather! I hope enough people support them so they come back next year. Support Delancey!
