Poor customer service! Called and the guy took our info and said he would be over in the evening. We waited and he never showed. No «hey sorry can’t make it» call or anything. We stopped calling around for help in this guy’s word that he would show. Thanks guy. We lost a freezer full of food. You know who did show up though? DRG Electric. Call that guy instead!

I have a small salon in San Mateo and all of the electrical went out on one side of the salon… the side with the hair dryers, modem, router, security thing, etc. As you can imagine it needed to be fixed immediately. I called Gordon this morning about 9:00am and briefly explained the problem. We made an APPOINTMENT(not a window, but an actual time) for 10:00am. When he arrived he had his father with him, as well. It took them longer to park their truck than it took them to diagnose and fix my problem. No joke! They were there less than 2 minutes and had fixed it. They also explained to me, in detail, why this happened and a plan of action to keep it from happening again. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, punctual and neat. How much did all this cost, you might ask? I’m not going to say… but I will tell you it was shockingly inexpensive. When I got home and told my husband about it he was happy. He said, «So we’ve got an electrician now». Thank you GORDON&GORDON! I fully intended to start this day out badly and you totally saved the day!

This is my 3rd time using G2 Electric, yet I’ve never left a review… I’m overdue. Gordon is professional and knowledgable. I got his information from a friend of a friend. I learned through using him that his father was a union electrician for some 30 years, so he grew up knowing this stuff. Sure glad he did! We used him at our rental in Fairfield(ya, I said Fairfield). We needed some outlets installed for a washer/dryer in an unpermitted laundry room. He managed it quickly within a couple hours and charged only a small fee. I referred him to my Nonna in the city(SF) to replace an outlet and upgrade. She needed a new one for her new massage chair. lol. «He was respectful and knowledgable for a young guy»(so says my Nonna). THEN we bought a piece of crap house that needed everything… so he re-wired the whole thing. The best part? He knew all about technology and not just what we asked for but future needs. He really gave us insight as to what we might need down the line and why we might not need other items. He did everything well past the basic permit needs and no it wasn’t too expensive. He was neat and organized… even brought his own work table to place tools on. Thanks for your quality work!
