Jamba Juice

We ordered a freshly squeezed orange juice. They got a jar out of a fridge and served it. We asked to squeeze one fresh for us, the guy in the back said that one had been squeezed 5 mins ago (while the lady who was serving us was half way saying it had been squeezed 40 mins ago!) and he argues they can’t squeeze another one because squeezing an orange juice takes them almost 30 mins! Seriously?! Say you don’t want to do it! (I know sone jamba juices do store squeezed juices in the freeze and serve them when you order, but when we request a fresh one they have always been very nice and willing to do it… and it takes 2 mins!!!)…we said thanks and left with no juice… drove to the next jamba

The girls at this location are so sweet. They remember my order in the morning and make it just how I like it. Get the steel cut oatmeal! It’s so tasty with brown sugar and coconut!

The best location ever. I loveed how clean and organized this store is. The employees were very friendly and fast. 5 stars

I love Jamba Juice but the customer service at this location is pretty sad. No hello when you walk up to the cash register, no thank you when you’re done. The girls behind the counter have zero personality. As I was waiting for my drink they casually lean up against the counter and talk about their nails. My drink was delicious at least!

Friendly staff and excellent menu.
Favorite eats: The Chunky Strawberry energy bowl. This satiating delight has strawberries (obviously!), bananas, peanut butter, soy milk, greek yogurt, and delicious granola in a convenient to-​go bowl. Shout out to the energy bowl!
My tropical smoothie was okay, but could have been a little less runny and definitely more sweet. I’ll try again.

Nice, clam and welcoming. I liked this location. It was quiet as I came early on a Sunday morning. But they were fast and efficient. I always enjoy the all fruit drinks. They have a good variety for everyone, including light versions of their classics. I was glad to see my cheddar twist, Belgian waffle and parmesean pretzel still available. Great place for a quick breakfast.

Always a fresh and consistent experience. I visit this location a few days a week before work and all the staff is always so friendly. Tom in particular is such all hard worker. Sometimes he is by himself and he is always friendly and in good spirits. Even with a long line, he is fast and doesn’t stress out. His acai primo bowls get me through the morning.

Awesome way to start the day with fresh juices, wheat grass, and protein filled breakfast wraps!

Okay Jamba Juice, I’m not expecting much, to be honest you are the fast food of juice bars, so my expectations are low. But at LEAST employ people who can smile at a customer. So many times I have had employees staring back at me with blank looks and running off to check with a coworker — without throwing in a «Sorry, let me check on that», «One moment», or anything customer service oriented.

This is possibly the worse Jamba Juice I’ve ever gone to. I’ve experienced some of the same negative complaints as other reviewers such as them bleaching the place during store hours, them running out of oranges, and even their orange juice machine being broken. The employees don’t seem to enjoy their work as they don’t smile or greet you like other locations. But I still end up here anyways when I shop next door at Piazzas.

I almost did not go to this Jamba Juice due to the negative Unilocal reviews, but I decided to brave it since it is the closest to where I live.
I found everything to be in order. There were 3 people working, a steady stream of customers. Everything was professional and efficient and just the way one would expect and want of such a business.
I’m sure every business has bad days and probably people are more likely to write about bad experiences. This was a perfectly normal pleasant experience.
I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because it’s a Jamba Juice, not the Ritz Carlton, but there were no negatives at all during my visit. My green drink was quite tasty.

No bueno, Jamba Juice.
Me and two peeps stopped here after a hike, wanting a refreshing cold smoothie. What we got was a 15 minute wait and mediocre drinks :(
There was only one person in front of us waiting for the smoothie and yet it still took literally 15 minutes for our drinks to come out (the lady who was waiting, hers took 10) WTH??? The whole time the store was filling up with people ordering drinks, by the time we left it was packed. who knows how long they waited
Our smoothies were more like juice, not enough ice or something to freeze it up so it was like cold-​ish juice, not yummy.
Also, we ordered wheatgrass shots would should come with an orange wedge but they were «out of oranges» ummmm your a fruit smoothie shop. My sister used to work there and she said that they probably weren’t out, they just didn’t want to wash and cut them because of how many people were waiting. That’s somewhat fine buuuut I think better customer service would have been to tell us that it would take if few minutes if we want to wait, makes them look better – like they’re actually trying.

The Pumpkin Smash is back! It’s a seasonal drink made with a pumpkin spice base, yogurt & soy milk… pretty healthy… riight?
although i LOVE pumpkin spice ANYTHING… I would say pass on it. It’s not terrible but has a weird after taste. Maybe the soy milk?
And back to the «healthy» topic… a regular has over 500 calories! THAT’s more than a slice of an actual pumpkin pie! aHHH! : — P
Three stars cause Jamba Juice smoothies are de-​lish! (sometimes)

No problem at all. They start making your smoothie as you order so by the time you pay for it, the smoothie comes out. Thanks guys!

Why does Jamba juice hire idiots?
Every time I come here they either screw up my stuff or someone else’s stuff.

I had a gift card so I stopped in and ordered a Strawberry Wild which I remember ordering when Jamba Juice first opened its doors in Hayward, now 6+ years later I finally try it again because I was given a gift card. To be honest Frozen yogurt is more my cup of tea, but if you like smoothies then this is definitely the spot for you.
I thought it was expensive but then again some people pay upwards of $ 5 for a coffee drink so I guess some people really like to feel special :)

I LOVE JAMBA JUICE!!!
…but I absolutely hate, hate, HATE this location. I HATE it so much, that I had to right a review about it. Do read on.
I was in the area and the Jamba sign looked so tantalizing, my mom and I decided to stop by here. Worst experience ever…
1. After walking into the doors, the whole place smelled like bleach. I’m a Jamba lover, this place is supposed to smell like fruit or fresh oranges. Nonetheless, I don’t bother because bleach normally means «clean».
2. There were two employeess behind the counter, a guy and a girl. And one customer waiting for her drink. Neither of the employees greeted me like they’re supposed to (I used to work at Jamba for 2 years, everyone in my store always had awesome customer service reviews!). Ughh, Jamba employees with terrible customer service really vex me, you know…
3. I ordered a Razzmatazz smoothie for my mom, and a chunky strawberry drink for myself. The girl behind the register just said: «is that all?» No eye contact, no smile, no ‘excited to serve you’ attitude, nothing. at all. Just a bad attitude.
4. Their bananas are absolutey rotten! Ugh, it was completely black and mushy… I should have just opted for no bananas ;/​
5. When I received my drink, she didn’t even call my name. I was looking at the products they sold, and didn’t even realize my order was ready… I guess she must have thought I have a pair of eyes on the back of my head to know that my smoothies were ready. Nonetheless, I picked them up and proceeded to leave the store. Again, no greeting. No «thank you», no «have a nice day», no «enjoy your smoothie». Just terrible attitude from 2 people who obviously hated their jobs (and probably lives).
6. When I took the drinks to the car, I gave my mom her Razzmatazz and she, being so thirsty, immediately went for a sip, and… the lid opened, and smoothue was splashed all over the car, because the cup was defective, it had a pretty big crack all throughout it. Luckily I had taken some napkins when I picked up my order…
7. I immediately returned back to the store to get a new cup and the same 2 employees stood there glaring at me, but this time the girl was wiping down the counter with bleach. I asked for a new cup and showed them what happened with the first cup she gave my mom. She just pushed the new cup towards me. I asked her to pour it again and she attempted to use her nasty bleach hands to pour my mom’s smoothie. I had to ask her to go wash her hands and she just had the nastiest attitude.
Seriously, if you hate your life, or you hate people, or you hate customers, please do NOT work at Jamba juice. Don’t be a jerk to people who just wanted something to quench their thirst. Please, do society a favor. We don’t need your stupid attitude.
Jamba juice: please hire better employees. Thanks. I swear I’ve never been to a Jamba juice as good as my store. It’s too bad. What a shame.

Finally I find a worthy Jamba juice. I’m extremely happy. :) The staff were sweet, and they made my drink taste so good. For sure will be coming back here again.

I love this location!
I walk to work so when I’m on my way up the hill I’ll call in my order so I just can just walk in, pay, pick up my smoothie and keep it moving (I’m not trying to be late!) and they always have it ready for me when I get in.
The staff here are all really friendly and the place is always clean. Only down side is sometimes when it’s busy — it takes fooreverr.
