Fantastic Cafe

Horrible, doesn’t care about customers complaints and doesn’t apologize for mistakes, they ruined my whole order and didn’t even seem to care, further more, awful service

Never had a complaint about this place until TODAY! We ordered 3 things pastrami fries… crispy chicken wrap with spinach tortilla… and bacon/​sausage breakfast burrito with salsa on the side. About 15 minutes later the pastrami fries were delivered to our table. Waited another 10 minutes for our other plates to arrive and nothing. So my BF goes to the counter asking about the other 2 orders and he waited about another 5 minutes and they come out with the plates and I get a pastrami burrito instead of my wrap…
So my BF returns it and tells them of their mistake and they say nothing and I go up and say this is ridiculous and I want my money back! And then my daughters burrito has salsa in it… I’ve about had it at this point so I return the burrito and tell them they gave the wrong order and I want my money back… they take the plate from me and say Oh here’s your burritto… and I tell them I don’t want it… I want my money back! They offered no apologies and no explanation. …I’m very disappointed in this place!

Okay, I hope I don’t sound like a simp but I felt obligated to give credit where due. I always come here but tonight your team was by far the most impressive I’ve seen. Drive thru gal was very pleasant and showed utmost professionalism. My receipt named; Odaliss. When I got to the window however a young gentlemen helped me out and he was just as easy going. I usually feel bitterness coming from employees when asking for ranch but your team tonight handled with ease and I came home to a very satisfying salad as I’m usually scraping for ranch! Hope they get to see this because my overall experience tonight was very much appreciated.

Came here hungry as all hell the lady in the drive thru was so helpful cause we needed no cheese substitute dressing you know your regular pain in the ass customer but she handled us with care and patience I love people like that I’m in the drive thru right now I’m gonna find out her name and post this. Oddalis helped us she is awesome! The food has never let me down either but I’m putting this review cause of you Oddalis!

Loved coming to this place for the great food and good service, but $ 8 for a cheeseburger combo?! The burgers are good but they’re not that good. $ 4 just to add fries and a drink to my food is too much. New ownership means new and higher prices. Won’t be coming back for a while…

I went today and the employee odalis was extremely rude and I asked for some chili’s and she said «I could only give you one more cause you already have three «plus we went home and we ordered a chicken breast sandwich and she didn’t give it to us so I called at home and she was extremely rude and the food was not the great NEVER GOING AGAIN!

In the middle of eating this little insect decided to make a special appearance at our table! Proud to say we will never come back here! We stopped eating & left! 25^th & western will have our business from now on! #Roaches #ICanOnlyImagineWhatsInTheKitchen

I don’t know why everyone says this place is good. It’s a standard mom and pop hamburger spot. It’s convenient but food taste is average. Best thing is the fantastic salad. Most other items have no flavor or taste like salt and the same pan that cooked everything.

I been going here for a long time and it’s been good but now it is under new ownership, the place is a lot better really enjoy my food and the service

Pollo Asado plate is the best deal in Town, choice of soup, salad, and rice and beans or fries onion rings and Half ofChar Broiled Chicken and tortillas for only $ 8.79,
Can not go wrong with this. enogh for two.

Drive thru is extremely slow couldn’t wait any longer had to get my daughter to school too bad

I am all about little burger/​café joints and love them when the food is tasty, wouldn’t we all agree? Well much to my disappointment we were served burnt fried zucchinis, taquitos that tasted like they were freezer burned and a burger that was missing toppings! Never ever again.

Never had a complaint about this joint until today.
They were brining plate by plate to out table. Brought me something different from what I ordered. Asked for crispy hash browns and they were far from crispy. Took them over 30 minutes to redo my plate and bring me the correct order. They forgot our sides of dressing. My friend ordered a crispy chicken salad and the chicken was more than crispy it was burnt and toasted. Definitely not happy with today’s visit. Doubt I’ll be coming back. The crew needs to definitely wake up and do things right. I don’t think it’s fair that my meal came out when the rest of my group was more than half way done with their meals.

I’ve given this place too many chances and always let down. Their customer service is the worst. The girls are constantly upset or look like your bothering them when you ask for something. Today I tried going through the drive thru and no one bothered to say to wait.. I was sitting there for awhile. So I figure maybe the speaker is broken and I pull forward. The lady seems like I’m a huge inconvenience when I order 2 milkshakes. Which I waited 10 minutes for the car in front of me to be helped. After she charged me she didn’t even give me my receipt. She just walked away. I’m done with the fantastic café in Gaffey. I’ll take my business somewhere else

What an experience stop in this place to get a little bite to eat before heading in for the evening I am being there over an hour had the most delicious food I’ve had in ages and the line was out the driveway down the street and around by the storage company it took a few minutes for caring but it was well worth the wait I’m sure that’s why they’re so many cars outside I can’t attend and that was at midnight check them out right channel on Gaffey

To start off, there are two Fantastic Café’s in Pedro but this one is better than the one on 25^th Street (tasting).
Service, they’re both anything but Fantastic. The girls there think are hot shit with they’re blue uniform. It seems like the woman there are on their periods ALL THE TIME. Very short and rude with customers.
The food tastes pretty good though. The grilled chicken salad is pretty tasty. Even their breakfast and also their burgers (avocado bacon cheese burger!) Fries are soggy most of the time though.

This place used to be great. I don’t know what’s been going on but 1 cashier on the weekend? The line stretched out the door! Waiting the 35min wait, food was terribly cold (ordered the steak and eggs) i complained to them and well they just microwaved it that my over easy eggs got hard.
Fed up, I just turned my plate in and said «I’m over it, just refund my money» I cannot believe how shitty the service has gone down on this place.
GET IT TOGETHER!

My last meal on earth would be a Fantastic avocado cheeseburger and chili cheese fries with their ranch (don’t judge me). They make bomb breakfast burritos too! I always add beans and avocado to mine.
They give you a lot of food for breakfast!
It’s probably nothing special from any other char-​burger joint, but it is my go to for an avo burger and chili cheese fries.
For some reason the Gaffey location is better than the 25^th st one. I have gotten hollow fries a few times and burnt hash browns.
