Dear God I hope people actually ready Unilocal who are considering this HOA or considering getting rid of them. This HOA is terrible. Their rules and reg books are out of date, they will make up rules out of the blue and try to impose fines that are double what they are stated in the hand books. When one needs assistance with an obnoxious neighbor who is not following the stated rules they do not help and try to some how spin it on you. In fact, when I tried to explain to the neighbors that they were being disruptive(and maybe they had no clue they were!) the neighbor who is a renter(I am a home owner) proceeded to leave threatening letters in my mail and on my door which I then had to institute the retraining order process on my own and they moved out shortly after that. Moral of the story here is don’t expect any help from Bonnie. Also, the front office staff is very dishonest. Again, the association was harassing me about a safety fence I put up for the safety of my dogs and myself(I live on the street side). Per the rules and regs book, again, the fence was«legal» and one could not see it at all from the street view. There are weirdos from the VA and other local mentally ill that walk up and down this street and not to mention coyotes and other wild life that I do not want on my porch. When trying to have a normal discussion about it with a girl in the front office and explaining that Bonnie has been unhelpful in the situation Bonnie has the nerve to call the emergency contact on my file and accuse me of using the«n» word which is not in my vocabulary– never has, never will– and suggesting to the individual that I was mentally ill and developmentally disabled!!! So on top of that she and her front office staff like to lie and make false accusations and insults to create unnecessary drama. Also, over my time there I have received«interesting» phone calls. One time I got called regarding a follow up about a leaking sprinkler. I explained that this is a mistake as I had never called and I have not noticed anything wrong with the ones by my front door or in my back patio. Bonnie was very groggy sounding and seemed in disbelief that I stated that there was not a problem and asked if I was sure. YES! I am pretty sure as there is a drought I would be the first one to report a leak on the premises!!! I have had other strange conversations like this regarding much smaller matters(i.e. window replacements) and if you point out the unprofessional demeanor of her telephone voice you will get raging e-mails back accusing you of slander and libel and how she is going to sue you for this(note, I have yet to see a legal form regarding these threats yet). And Bonnie, if you are reading this I am not accusing you have any illegal actions on this review so no, by definition this does not meet the criteria for libel. For the life of me I cannot understand why the development puts up with her BS except for the fact that the residents must be complacent and never home.

I have owned and sold multiple units in a complex that is managed by Bonnie at Sharp HOA. I recently had an extremely pressing matter that could have lost a sale for me. I called Bonnie and asked to her to help with the situation. It was 3pm on a weekday. By next morning Bonnie had written a letter for me which saved my sale and the escrow was back on!!! Thank you sooo much Bonnie for coming through so quickly with such a detailed letter for me! Escrow will be closing Wed!!!

There should be an option for negative stars. The owner, Bonnie, as stated by others should not be in providing this service or any other service for that matter. She’s rude. She will not bother to read even short emails before dismissing them as irrelevant. She’ll tell you that poor workmanship provided by the people she hires is somehow your fault. It’s mind boggling that’s she’s able to stay in business at all. Myself and other owners are currently looking to have her replaced as our HOA management Co. I have worked with Bonnie for years doing condo management. I have worked with 5 different condo managers over the years and by far Bonnie is the best. She is very hands on and helps you work through whatever problems. She has been doing this for a really long time and has seen and worked through pretty much any problem you can imagine. She runs a small company and is always available. If you call her, chances are you will get her on the phone immediately and she will take the time to hear your concern/issue right then. If you need a HOA management company for your association, there is none better than Bonnie.
