My first time buying a treadmill. I did enough research to know what the cons of buying one online are. So I decided to check local options out. Travis was wonderful to interact with. They have an installment plan and my treadmill was delivered to me within a few days. The guys who delivered it were super nice. They brought the treadmill partially assembled. Checked to see it if was working fine. Overall the experience was amazing and hassle-​free. They were professional about everything. I know I will be taken care of if something goes wrong with the treadmill. Thank you Travis!

We wanted to support a local business, and Marvin didn’t let us down. Patiently helped us find the right piece of equipment. Fair deal, and the guys who come set it up were nice too. Definitely worth the visit. It feels really great to be in shape again. I forgot!

My dad and I came here looking for a few weight plates and a barbell. We left with a whole lot more because the store is like a huge toy store for fitness enthusiasts. Rich, Holly, and Alex were super great to us and were very patient with any questions we had. We will definitely come back for any other fitness equipment we might need in the future.

Alex is amazing, and all of his staff, if your serious about fitness equipment and you want the best price and the best advice and someone to come take care of you when something goes wrong? this is the place I have bought all kinds of things from, Bosu and blades to kettle bells and Treadmills, this place it great.

I went in yesterday looking for a good (value) on a stationary bike, and had a price range in mind. The owners helped me navigate through spin vs. upright, vs. sitting, and I ended up with the Bodycraft R18 which I just LOVE!!! They also delivered that day so I was able to enjoy it same day. The people that delivered my equipment were professional and very nice and fixed things just like I asked. I’m super impressed and I’ll be back again (when I have a bigger house!). Thanks for the wonderful customer support!!!

FIVE full stars for this place. Their service and pricing is amazing. I bought a spin bike from them and they delivered it and set it up the next day. They match prices which is cool. When I had a need for service they responded immediately to my request. Marvin is terrific!!! He followed up with me and had someone out to my house to fix my problem the SAME day. WOW. Issue fixed and I am a happy girl.

These guys couldn’t have been more helpful in assisting my teenage son choose the proper equipment for his new interest in body building while I lounged around on the exercise bikes, they made appropriate recommendations and let us just wander to browse the store with no pressure, answered questions with real interest and useful advice, much more is stocked here for my son’s weight lifting needs than at other general sporting goods store (Big 5, Sports Authority etc.) we will be back as he levels up, bonus! we were not required to have a six-​pack to enter

I bought a piece of equipment several months ago now, a resistance band in which I planned to use for assisted pull-​ups. I traveled out of the country immediately after it’s purchase and had a shoulder injury. I wanted to give back the one I have still never used, and use the value towards purchasing one of higher resistance. I have called no short than 5 – 7 times now and the manager is not there or busy with a customer when I call. I then am asked if I’d like to leave my name a number so that he may return my call. Of course my call has yet to be returned. I’ve been calling for months now, come on boys!

I have had two great experiences with this store. Both times I was delighted with awesome customer service and found things that I would have never bought from ordering online with Rogue. I Crossfit and Olympic Weight lift, so the equipment I use is very specialized. They have a great selection of Hi-​Temp bumper plates and Apollo kettlebells. My kids play football and soccer and they have a ton of great training tools for drills as well. They even carried them to my car. :)

My first one star review, ever. I usually reserve reviews for positive experiences, but in this instance, I felt I had to share this.
My partner and I went in looking for non-​smelling gym flooring. Marvin helped us and was really friendly and suggested we return on Monday (it was Friday afternoon) to pick up some rubber floor samples to take home to see if they smelled too much or not. These tiles were going on the garage floor gym, but I don’t like smells.
We went back on Monday and got 2 varieties of flooring. The rubber tile was really smelly but the other sample they recommended we try was a wood grain foam interlocking tile that seemed like it would be perfect.
My husband went back and got 20 tiles (2×2 square feet each), and it cost over $ 300.
Marvin had been so friendly and helpful we didn’t even consider checking the price for this product online… but now when I was looking to buy some more of these to cover a larger area in the garage; I saw the same tiles on
— $ 50 for 12 tiles.
That just isn’t right, and I wanted to warn you to compare prices before purchasing something here.

We bought a treadmill and desk from here and have been very pleased with the price and the desk. The people who work here have consistently been great about helping me with information about all sorts of things related to this purchase and other purchases. I not only got a great price on my treadmill desk, but also friendly back up support on many occasions, and i so appreciate the friendly attitude I always find here. Glad to have given them my business

I needed a recumbent exercise cycle and I was given EXPERT help by the customer service specialist who was on staff. He asked me a number of questions and then based on my answers he showed me a number of different high quality machines. 360 Fitness Superstore has the best selection of high quality exercise equipment I have come across. I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase. I ride my machine 2 hours a day, seven days a week and I know my machine is up to the task. I also was interested in a barbell and free weights and my customer service specialist was very knowledgeable about the exercises I was interested in which happened to be squats. He demonstrated the correct way to hold the barbell across my shoulders and the correct form for the exercise. The importance of this cannot be overstated. I will go to 360 Fitness Superstore for all my fitness needs from now on.

Marvin refused to speak with me in any detail over the phone. He said he is only willing to deal with clients who come into the store.
He accused me of being a competitor soliciting pricing and said it is not worth his time.
After this conversation I would never go into the store and recommend you do not waste your time either.

AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES! One star (cause I can’t leave a review without it) They DO NOT honor what they guarantee on their website, «We’ll match or beat the lowest price on the internet.» The alleged owner, Alex, very RUDE and not truthful about «hidden fees» and «add ons’ that they come up with when you simply want them to do what they stated in print on their website. Don’t waste your time with them, go with Amazon or that other work out equipment shop in Concord.

Bought a stationery bicycle here and I love it. Service was excellent. They helped me find exactly what I needed within my budget. Bicycle was delivered on schedule. Bicycle is in perfect shape and I have been enjoying it every day since I bought it.

My husband and I first went there to buy a rower. Alex, the owner, took time to listen to my goals and to evaluate me on several pieces of equipment. Since I’m short, he explained why he thought I’d meet my goals more efficiently on a different machine than the one I thought I wanted. He explained things very well and showed us the area with smaller home gym equipment like medicine balls, kettle balls, etc.
We left with a good feeling but didn’t buy anything. We went back to the gym where we work out and tried a lot of the equipment there over the next few week and decided that we would go with the type of rower Alex recommended. About 3 – 4 weeks after we first visited we called and placed our order over the phone. Alex remembered the details of our visit. He was very friendly, and scheduled delivery for the next day. I will shop here again, and again and get our home gym equipment from the 360 fitness superstore.

SOOOOO Expensive!!! SOOOOOO Rude!!!
Alex is as rude, as rude can be–
1) He smelled like he just ate an onion sandwich
2) He insulted my current equipment saying: I don’t sell that kind of trash here
3) He seems to know very little about exercising himself
4) He tried to talk me into pieces of equipment I did not even ask about
He used the statement «what you need» and «what you should do» to me in every other sentence. That is very insulting to me — How about what would you like?
Read a friggin sales book — dude —really!
I had 6k to spend and I could not wait to get out of the door fast enough!
This guy seems to «bully» wealthy Marinites into buying his overpriced stock.
I would not buy a chew toy for my dog if he was selling it for a nickel!

Horrible experience! Never been so insulted in my life!
! I went in here after researching many different brands of treadmills with the full intention of buying. I don’t mind supporting a local business (even if it means paying a little more) but this guys (Alex) prices are a total joke! Talk about robbery! His prices are $ 500-​$ 1000 ABOVE reality! I’m not sure what world this guy is living in but when I told him my price range he lead me to a 1984 USED piece of shit with a tear in the mat. Then he told me he would take a loss (because he LIKED me) and sell it for $ 1200!!! AND on top of that he suggested that I only WALK on the treadmill because it wouldn’t be able to handle my weight at a running speed.
Nevertheless I ended up buying a brand new NordicTrac top rated model for $ 629.00 with 5 years maintenance plan and a 350lb weight limit (thank you very much).
What a dick!

I purchased a Life Fitness elliptical cross trainer here and had a pretty good experience making this major purchase. I’d done all my research in advance, which turned out to be a good thing because the first time I came in to get information on what they had, the owner was away and the service person, Ray, was holding down the fold. While a very nice guy, Ray did not know very much about the equipment they were selling or the differences between the different machines. He was happy to look it up though.
We came back a couple weeks later with a UHaul van to pick up the machine and the owner Alex was helpful and we got the transaction completed quickly. An employee and Alex hefted the machine into the van, which was appreciated. They charge $ 50 for delivery and an additional $ 75 to put it together, so we opted to haul and put together ourselves.
Their prices are very good — my machine was $ 100 cheaper at Fitness Concept than it would have been on Amazon. Not huge, considering its a couple thousand dollar investment, but an added bonus of supporting a local business.
