Very disappointed with the Customer Service. The lady there I think her name is Allison is Not the nicest person, gives the worst attitude to clients, My brows are a disaster… Uneven she took more hair out than I told her to, my brows used to be full before this. Hopefully they grow back. I am praying for that. I
have always liked Benefit and their services. I used them in Chicago, LA and always very good service, I would recommend Benefit to disassociate their brand from this place. TERRIBLE

Ok so when Navita’s schedule changed, I started going to Alison but only because of the schedule change. Navita is the bomb! Now I discovered there are TWO bombs. Alison is FANTASTIC! She’s been doing my brows for about 3 months now and she does a terrific job. She’s sweet and kind also and listens to what your opinions are. Love Benefit, love the brow bar, love Navita and now love Alison! They’re the dynamic duo! You can’t miss with either one of them! Great job ladies!!!

Navita is the most awesomest señorita there is! I come here with my sisters to get our brows done, and she never disappoints.
I swoon over her fabulous talent to make my janky brows look on point!
And to top it off she’s so kind and funny. She makes me feel so comfortable despite the fact she ripping hair out of my face :).
