John Geist is excellent. He pointed out several interesting things about my piano that I didn’t know and showed me precisely what repairs were needed. He advised about what most likely caused the damage and got the piano working wonderfully. He returns all communication promptly, and will put you on a schedule for annual or semi-​annual tuning. His prices are reasonable and he’s professional, friendly and very easy to work with.
